  • Embrace your passion for ballet with my Beginner Ballet Course 🩰 bit.ly/2NlSh27 And now, let’s stretch our full body together! 🤸‍♀️ Perfect if you only have 15 min after your Ballet Class.
In this quick 15-minute stretching routine, we will engage in breathing and gentle movements to elongate the muscles and open up our body after a ballet class or workout. 👍
This is the perfect practice after finishing up an intense and demanding workout or ballet class.
I know you’re very busy, so we’ll keep it short and sweet with a fast but easy pace to tenderly restore our energy and release tension all over. 🥰
We’ll activate every part of our bodies and use every muscle to get the most out of this quick, full-body stretch.

Great cool-down stretches. I still need to work on my straddle splits . My left inside thigh muscle just is so tight. Just need to keep streching and breathing. Thanks xoxo.

Hi Alessia, would you like to do a series of dance flow with iconic music from tv shows or movies? like Downton Abbey, Bridgerton, Game of Thrones, Disney films, Pride and Prejudice, Ghibli Studio, etc.

Wait 👁️👄👁️ why do u need to stretch after? Is it bad if I usually stretch before my class?

it's best to statically stretch (as in, stretch in a stationary position) when the muscles are warm, i.e. after you've done some work. what's good pre-workout is what's called dynamically stretching, which are mobility exercises/stretches that warm up your muscles and prepare them for the upcoming workout
