Hi Alessia, would you like to do a series of dance flow with iconic music from tv shows or movies? like Downton Abbey, Bridgerton, Game of Thrones, Disney films, Pride and Prejudice, Ghibli Studio, etc.
it's best to statically stretch (as in, stretch in a stationary position) when the muscles are warm, i.e. after you've done some work. what's good pre-workout is what's called dynamically stretching, which are mobility exercises/stretches that warm up your muscles and prepare them for the upcoming workout
