    The Stretch and Elongate workout is a nice and easy, gentle stretching routine that's perfect for before or after a workout. You could even do this whenever you feel like you need something simple but effective to release built-up tension.
    We'll work the body, yes, but we'll also focus on elongation. So you're going to feel relaxed and satisfied by the end. Remember, let your body breathe! 🌿
    We'll take this time to work on the little muscles in our feet all the way up to our neck to feel relieved, lengthened, and even a bit more awake.
    So, find a space in your home where you can have a moment of calm. Lie down.
    And let's stretch, breathe, and release. 🌻
