Hospitals today cant coup with so many Citizens needing treatment! Reason being of fast foods and laziness! I have altered my diet a few years back and my body is almost in balance! I stopped eating red meat, I eat a lot of sardines/mackerel avocado, spinach, and all the top six greens mentioned in your blog! We are all responsible for our health, no point looking good outwith your body, when one is not looking after their inner body! These foods mentioned in this blog will keep you from having to go to your Doctor! I am 74 years of age , a carer, a bowler, walk many steps and have never had the cold or flu in many years! Many thanks for your video/blog, it has assured me that I am eating the right food!

This can be for all sorts of reasons such as lack of motivation, and cravings for sugary foods and carbs, despite KNOWING that they are bad for them (I'm speaking from personal experience! ☹️)

One of the most underrated veggies for cleaning up arteries is BEETS. They’re super healthy but often overlooked! Beets help improve blood flow and lower blood pressure because they’re packed with nitrates, which relax your blood vessels. Plus, they’re full of antioxidants to fight inflammation.

Tarahumara had a life expectancy of 35 so too young to get heart disease. There are some people who still get heart attacks from consuming a plant based diet high in plant sterols and plant stanols, it's called Sitosterolemia and it's more common than people think. Dr. Fred Kummerow who lived to age 102 knew all about fats, lipids and phytosterols and plant based rancid, artificial industrial trans fats since 1957 before anyone else but people who had no Ph.D and no credentials and no qualifications in nutritional biochemistry such as Dr. Atkins, Pritikin, McDougall, Ornish, Fuhrman and Esselstyn had no clue about anything for over half a century and now they don't have the guts to admit they were wrong.

@@jjones8567 Yes! Yum I love kefir! I drank it for years but my digestive system can’t handle it anymore. I’m lactose intolerant and even so I used to be able to handle kefir and yogurt and cheese, no milk or ice cream, or cream but as time goes on and my disease progresses I can’t handle yogurt or kefir anymore and most cheese. A lot of times even with lactose intolerance people can still handle fermented dairy like kefir and yogurt, it used to be my favorite thing for breakfast. I miss it. Honestly, it’s more like the longer I go without diary the less I can handle it. I appreciate the suggestion because I did intentionally drink kefir more often to help with the gut issues but in my case it’s too late. I do buy plant based yogurt and put in my smoothies. Taste similar to kefir. I love that yogurt taste! I’m still trying! lol

If the body has a high acidic ph, that makes it conducive to disease. Broccoli and green leafy vegetables are at the top of the alkaline ph list. These veggies he has recommended will not create more acid in your body, they will work toward balancing your ph. Your overall ph will be impacted by everything you ingest, such as high acid ph found in sugars, coffee, alcohol, pastas, dairy, tobacco, drugs, etc. There are combining charts that recommend foods that will make the body ph to be more neutral, which is ideal.
