    Thankfully I eat all but maybe the grapefruit... but I've also adopted the low-dosage once-a-day asprin approach as well so hopefully between those two things (these foods and the asprin) I can keep clots minimized. (Of course I do know the asprin is working as I got a cut a few days ago and it took longer than normal to heal; longer than it used to before going on the asprin so it's working and reducing the clots but it also is good to eat some of these fruits as well for their additional benefits like the berries and avacadoes).

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It sounds like you're taking a well-rounded approach to managing your health! Combining low-dose aspirin with a diet rich in fruits like berries and avocados is a smart strategy for supporting heart health and minimizing clots. Just be mindful of potential interactions between aspirin and grapefruit, as grapefruit can affect how some medications work. Keep up the great work.

    Bromelian are usually throw away because it is usually hard and found in the middle of the pineapple. I thought roots contains the most powerful blood clots dissolving chemicals substances eg. Noto ginseng?

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You're right! Bromelain, found in the core of pineapples, is often discarded, but it's a powerful enzyme with anti-inflammatory and blood clot-dissolving properties. Roots like Noto ginseng also contain potent compounds that support circulation and help dissolve clots. Both bromelain and certain herbs can be great for overall vascular health! 🌿🍍

      @curaxa  หลายเดือนก่อน

      For optimal health benefits, it’s a good idea to include a variety of fruits in your diet daily or at least a few times a week. Aim for about 1-2 servings of fruit per meal, ensuring you get a mix of different fruits for a balance of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Regular consumption is key to seeing long-term benefits. 😊

      Grapefruit is very good for combating cholesterol,
      If a person is taking cholesterol pills and then they eat grapefruit they could get violently sick.
      So if a person is have to take cholesterol pills they should get off of those cholesterol pills and get on grapefruit grapefruit does deterrent cholesterol build up in your body just don't believe me just don't believe anybody but check it grapefruit is good cholesterol pills will take you into dementia it will rob you of your CoQ10 in your heart with your heart produces CoQ10 inside our heart God he he created us magnificently and then cholesterol pills rob you of your magnesium in your legs and your fingers and your toes that's why you start hurting and aching come on now I'm telling you the truth but you need to go and get a book on vitamins and on and on nutritionist and ask even ask people that are on cholesterol pills the pamphlet that comes along with their medicine what does it say on that pamphlet if you take cholesterol pills do not do not eat grapefruit why you will have an adverse reaction
      the same as when you take arthritis pills they are highly highly aspirin they are super strong but they don't take care of your headache they take care of the body the pain and the body if you get a headache and then you take an aspirin and that arthritis pill already got high potency aspirin in it you can start bleeding from the nose the eyes and everywhere else so that's why you should take a Tylenol if you get a headache and you are taking off right as pills which is high potency aspirin
      So come on now shed that shed that cholesterol pills and be off in about a week be awesome at least a week and drinking plenty of water get it out your system then start eating grapefruit and a grapefruit a day would be good half in the morning have about 2 hours before you go to bed then take a vitamin called K2 K2
      K2 mk7
      Now they do sell a k1 but please please don't take a k1 that's not going to clean your arteries and things out.
      I'm not a doctor but I keep up with this stuff why do I keep up with this stuff cuz these doctors my doctor ain't nothing the only thing I go to him for is to get me a prescription when I want to go see a specialist for something eye doctor heart specialist or something 460 see how my bangs is doing they ain't no good as soon as you come in what's wrong right appeal some cholesterol pills is killing people killing people killing people you got to take charge you got to take charge you got to start buying a book called Dr Mendel Dr Earl Mindell's
      Vitamin Bible book you can get that book from Amazon cheaper if you go to a bookstore just a bookstore not a drugstore or not a market but a bookstore a private bookstore is going to cost you $9.99 but if you order from Amazon it's going to be much cheaper that is a great book that is a great great book
      That book not only tells you what supplements that book tells you what supplements that is that you can have an adverse effect with things that you eat it also tells you what what medicine will rob you that's right.
      I'm 83 and I'm trying to keep pushing put some more years on me you know what I'm saying but these doctors is something wrong with them they just for the greenback the dollar in the Bible is call money is called filthy . That's all them doctors looking for a day not looking to hear you cuz they look at it like this you got insurance if you go somebody else coming through the door.
      Love you much love you all in Christ Jesus name be The Glory hallelujah bless your sister bless you brother amen amen amen.

      So what.

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Gold kiwis, like many fruits, do contain some oxalates, but they are generally considered to be low in oxalates compared to other foods. They are a great source of vitamin C, fiber, and other nutrients. If you are sensitive to oxalates, it's always a good idea to enjoy them in moderation and consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice. Enjoy your gold kiwis! 🥝✨

      It's not proven but I think blood clothes are connected with long Covid symptoms, because I have been sick in 2020 from Covid _19 and by the end of the same year they found blood clots in my legs , later everywhere else and still have them,no matter of blood thinners and special food and fruits that I keep eating,even in my arteries in the 💜

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you're taking blood thinner medications, it's important to be cautious with certain foods and supplements, as they can interact with your medication. Foods high in vitamin K, like leafy greens, can affect blood clotting. Additionally, supplements like fish oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and others with natural blood-thinning properties can enhance the effects of your medication, potentially leading to increased bleeding risk.
