      Don’t motivate people with this type of loosing weight in wrong way. Promote only those people who really have done in healthy way. 26 kg in 6 months is extreme

    Very inspiring!! I am too a new mom and body shaming happened with me so many times post-delivery as I too looked pregnant after delivery. I took those body shaming comments as motivation and. I switched on to healthy diet and workout. I have lost 10 kgs in 2.5 months now and still long way to go....

      I was loosed my fitness structure after c section.and became darker... It madee ashame..because all of my dress not suits me..but still I think that's situation can be change it I want...and now I taking care of myself..and ofcourse it is working....so everybody need to get self-care to make them happy and blessimg life

    You are lucky when you workout you have someone to look after baby. Here single handed have to do all.😥 Here 2 years hogaye, improper sleep due to baby. Ab lagta baby nursery jayegi tabhi Khud ke liye time milega for workout.

      @@simrankaur-nw1jm true. This video is somewhat incomplete. She mention she took 20% protein in all meal, how to measure protein measurements? Sleep I think is most important for weight loss. My little one keeps me awake most of time, not possible I think for normal house wife to put down weight so easily without servant or help for baby work.

      @@safia9809 u r right dear...sleep has a very big role in weight loss journey..i am also facing this problem...that's why i am gaining weight day by day..i try to save some time for my exercise but not possible with my little infant...you know i was a martial art player ...known so many exercises but now these days not able to do..sometimes i feel ashamed to see me..how i looks now...not any cloth fit to me..my confidence level going down..
      But i hope i will get my figure back ...that doesnot far...sorry for my bad english...actually i am learning english..

    Hey ladies...I think postpartum weight gain is very normal....so don't worry....but the way given in this video is not good for breastfeeding women ....this time we need to do exercise but only light and easy ....as our ligaments have loosen so much ....so eat healthy and do walking and yoga(pranayam only) and most importantly be happy with your baby and family and be active....after 1 year or little more ....you will be fit .....keep patience.....

    Mai 8 months ki baby ki maa hu...Mjhe apne fat ko kam krne se jyada chinta mere baby ki weight gain me h...Wo 8 months ki lgti hi nhi h...apki baby ka weight sahi lg rha...Baby k liye ky routine follow krte ho aur use kya khilate ho plz plz plz share...

      @@indirarao7341 Hey, I started with very light yoga stretches for back pain. Exercises like cat cow, puppy pose, etc. really help with back pain. And please try to take one small 1 minute break and walk around in the house after every hour of sitting!

    Hii payal I am 8 month pregnant ... I don't know weather mine is gng to be normal delivery or c section but I am tensed about c section because I have put on more weight soo it's very hard to loose weight because after c section we should not lift weights or we should not do heavy works

      Halie harasyn workouts are good...I m also mother of 10 months old baby n don't want to hit gym..doing her 28 days challenge with balanced diet n reduced 3 kg..I m still breastfeeding so can't go for strict diet..I don't agree with this as mine was also c section but I started workouts when I was completely fit

      If you are not used to exercising,start by walking workouts. Search them on TH-cam,you can do Susana Yabar's workout. They are very effective and good for beginners.

    Same here I m not eating junk food at all my baby is 5 month and c section hua hai but Mara weight 97 kg hai I m very sad feeling too bad

    Hi it’s v motivating .I am a mother of 4months old baby 👶🏻 so if I follow the diet which you had mention in video may be I will not able to feed sufficient milk for my baby so can you mention about breastfeeding related problems which you suffered

      I wonder the same because I get super hungry after every 2 hours in a day. I think she might have put baby on formula milk or bottle feeding pumped breast milk. Because I am a new mother had c section in July 2021. I know how demanding babies are. To get so much of time for our self is very difficult especially at 3 month baby needs so much of mother's time.
      One thing is true by breastfeeding I have reduced atleast 20 kg by now. I was 57 kg when conceived then 86 kg at time of delivery now I'm 67kg. My baby girl is 5 month old now. Still breastfeeding her will continue till she is 2 year old. Which all pediatrician advice 😊. But as my baby girl will start eating complimentary food Ie 6 months onwards I may get some time and start going for walks alone. I started going for walks with my baby when she was 4 months old we walk for atleast half and hour slowly 😊

    Waooo I am not taking dinner now my 5 months of delivery I am going 30 minutes walk every day and I am taking hot water early morning and evening instead of not loosing weight just 2 kg loose

    This is definitely a motivation for all mothers. I recently had c-section and believe me I am always worried about the changes in my body as I am always told by everyone that the c-section tummy never goes away. This vedio definitely gave me hope.

    You actually have done huge cut off... I really feel inspired looking at you. I liked all the things you mentioned in video . My baby is 7 months old now. At the tym of delivery I was 84 now I’m 75/76 n my pre pregnancy weight was 65. I just have one problem I cannot join gym. So can u just show set of exercise you used to do?

    Hi, very useful message and motivation from u. At present am 7months old breast feeding new mother to a babygirl. Your speech gives me more motivation and confidence also makes my mind to start working out exercises, diet. But there is a small doubt, from when should i start my diet? As am still giving milk feeding to my baby. She also takes the supplement vegetables and fruits puree.

    Hello payal mera same wait tha 72 mujhe bhi kisise milna accha ni lagta tha na bahar jana pasand tha confidient bilkul low tha ghar par hi rehti thi but ab mera wait 60hai sabse milna accha lagta hai life bahaut beautiful lagti hai confideience bhi bad gaya hai kam kaam karne mai bhi koi dikkat ni hoti hai

    How did you manage baby and workout together? I feel I don't get time only. My all time goes in feeding my baby and left time I rest or have other household stuff to do
    Even I was fitness addict. Mine is normal Delivery and I am new mother. Most of th time I am in postpartum blues

      Hi hunny I have a baby aswell. I dont breakfeed tho...once ur baby becomes toddler its much easier...I lost my weight from 85kg to 65kg aswell
