    Keep it up 🔥💯Life style changes is key to weight loss with both mental and physical health improvements. Now having lost 50kg/ 100lbs in 5 months I am starting to feel a lot more like myself. Still on my journey and happy about it. Water fasting played a big part in my weight loss

    Walk and con vilom Is ok this time
    But other excersise that put stress on tummy is not good till 6 months in c section
