  • Scindapsus Moonlight looks more expensive than it is and I think that makes it special. Sometimes it could become a bit of a diva, but it's nothing you can't manage.

Just got this at lowes in Dallas and I was under the impression it was like pothos in terms of care 😅

I have one I have grown from 1 leaf cutting. My goodness this plant grows so slowly!!! It does its best in the Summer heat. I had it in a self-watering pot and it loved it. I moved it in bigger pots and the roots were out of this world. I want it to trail more so I used hair pins to pin it down to the soil and will see what happens. This is one plant I don't want to prop.

So true, it's growing slowly but I'm happy to hear you did it eventually 💚 if you want to make your plant fuller in the future, you could try propagating it in sphagnum moss wich works wonders during summer

@@plantsbutbetter I think I will just order one from Etsy. The vendor that I purchase from sells huge rootbound plants. I had to learn to stop being so cheap. Some plants you should purchase big and if you want to prop, then use a leaf with a node. I have come a long way. That plant stayed at one leaf for almost two years.
