    I love Russian twists. They don’t look like a whole lot, but when you’re doing them with a weight, you can really feel it working.

And the men also don’t want to deal with the entitled scolding they would get for messing up her shot. AND BEFORE ANYINE SAYS SHES NOT LIKE THAT… it doesn’t matter because thousands of women who gym influence have done exactly what I described and worse. And only a few of them got held accountable. Because the men they were screaming at didn’t want to deal with a full grown toddler having a tantrum.

    they’re missing out so bad on a tron story focused on programs and not the real world or users. there was a short-run animated show focused on programs in the grid and it was amazing. there’s so much missed opportunity there!!

    For these exercises to even work the abs you would need to do a lot reps with lil to no gains in loss of weight,stomach fat, or waist line. You could work the abs with weights on a machine targeting the abs and legs in a lot more significant way and get better results than doing 50 reps of these that don’t overload the muscle at all so they don’t grow and the stimulus from these is so low it doesn’t really seem worth the time. Any abs workout you can do at home with take you 50x longer to lose weight or grow muscle than the time it would take using a machine or heavy weight at a gym.

      @@MrUltimaPro All these abs works out by influencer that get liposuction or use steroids are just click baiting people into thinking they will get in the same shape but there all scams so they can make a quick buck off the views it’s really disgusting. Half if not more of the women like this wear body molding sweat pants or shorts exaggerating there body’s to come off as more defined with light tricks.

      These workouts 100% work. This is basically pilates. I have lost 50lbs in less than a year with pilates and yoga, zero weights. No calorie tracking. Everyone’s bodies and metabolisms work differently.

      @@AffirmationsWithAlex 50 lbs in less than a year 🤣 that’s 4 pounds a month that’s 1 lbs a week of weight loss ,hate to break it to you but your losing water weight essentially not fat, The average person burns 100 calories per mile running,pilates and these work outs dont even come close to that intensity unless your doing 50+ reps working out 3 times a day for 45 minutes each and in a caloric deficit and even then you would take a year to 6 months to lose the weight your saying and even then your body at some point would platea making you have to calorie cycle to higher calories to then go back into a deficit to keep steady results every week. You saying your doing these workout with zero diet and 0 weight is just BS anyone that’s a fitness trainer and professional with 10+ years of experience will tell you as much.

      @@emptybodyfm I’m in a plateau right now and have been stable at keeping the weight off without working out or checking my diet. All I have is my experience, but the pilates ladies are all trim because they been going for YEARS. Long term lifetime goals are good for you too. Dropping mass amounts of weight and over doing your muscles constantly to “build” is all temporary unless you maintain, which is a lot harder than these exercises that keep your metabolism up as long as you show up to class 4-5x a week.

    Doing the sit ups like this really make the sides of my neck sore for several days after. Is this normal?

      It's because you're putting too much strain on your neck. When your core strength is not there yet and you're doing sit-ups, it's instinct to compensate the lack of elevation you get, solely with your abs, by pushing your neck forward.
      It's alright if you can't bend your knees all the way. You can start by doing the variation with your legs out-stretched, then work your way up to fully-bent knees. You could also do half-reps with bent knees and just focus on good form.
      Move slowly. Hold your breath and flex your abs while going up or down. Breathe in at the top or on the floor. Take it slow. Do not use explosive strength, stop tensioning your neck, and take your hands off from the back your head. Put them on the side and close them instead. Take it slow.

    When I do Russian twists I always wear my 95lb vest strap or use my bar bell weight strap its really intense but targets the abs really good now I got abs on my front and back its insane

      slower is harder, but regardless of your speed... if you're controlling the movement throughout and progressive overload by increasing weights or reps you'll see improvement.
      It's just easier to know if you are truly controlling the movement by going slower.

      Slower == More+Longer Tension on the core muscles. That goes for most core exercises. Focus on feeling each rep you do. Get it as close to yoga as you can.

      She used a very light plate, you can just go into a plank position and use one arm to put it on :) obviously if you use heavy plates you need someone to help you

    I can never do the one where you lower your legs like my lower back always leaves the floors before my legs reach 45 degrees. I’m a dancer tho so I have strong abs but any moves where you lower your legs are basically impossible for me. Please could someone help me like am I doing something wrong??

    But maybe cocoons make the muscles of your core stronger and if they grow they vanish the visual effect of tiny waist ?
    And some other exercises as russian twists, I've heard those are dangerous for your back.
    Do your research ladies for exercises that give you a small waist
