You have an ideal wrist size: not too thin and not too big. this watch looks great on you! I'm so jealous, with my small 14cm wrists, it's impossible for me to wear a watch larger than 41mm☺😅
I'd love to get the ultra mainly for the battery life & siren, but my Apple Watch band size is a 1. Hopefully they'll make an ultra for smaller wrists, like maybe a 45mm because I wouldn't consider a 41mm to an "ultra" size, IMO.
I’ve had the 4,6&7 before getting the Ultra. I love it. Aside from the better battery etc etc it makes the others now look a bit dainty. I always liked the ruggedness of the Garmin Fenix but the OS of the Apple Watch. Now I’ve got both.
Thanks so much. I just purchased my ultra and there is no Apple Store in NZ so have never seen it in real life. My wrist is 7 as I am also tall for a woman. I also still have my 40mm steel series 5 in pristine condition with a Great watch collection for those dressed up occasions. I’ m so excited to get the Ultra. Love your video.
My wrist size is 7” and the Apple Watch Ultra looks ridiculously large on me and even more so on Mrs. Marina Tech. 49mm is way too big for everyday use. As a second watch, a niche watch for say serious hiking or mountain climbing, this watch would be good - but not as an everyday watch! My Rolex Oyster Perpetual is 36mm and my Rolex Submariner is 41mm. My Omega Moon Watch is 42mm. My Omega Planet Ocean is 43mm. My Rolex Sea Dweller is also 43mm. 49mm is just not a human size watch; especially since it does not contour to the wrist: physically it’s just a straight thick slab of metal and glass. Apple should of designed and manufactured a second smaller size Ultra. And why did they do away with the titanium and Space Black for Series 8 and Series 9? Since it appears that Apple is now all about fleecing the public, I think I’ll save my money and wait a couple of years before upgrading. Maybe they’ll get their act together. Rs
This is boomer mentality. The Ultra is not just a watch, its a pocket computer. If you look at other comparable devices, namely Garmin, they're all around the same size if not bigger.
@@FBZOMBlES A pocket computer? Yes, there’s a couple of calculators, but a pocket computer? That’s what your cell phone is for Dick Tracy. I now own the smaller sized Apple Watch Series 9. I primarily use my Apple Watch for running, bicycling, swimming and the gym. It’s also good for discreetly receiving text messages or alerts while at the office (especially during meetings). I also use the Apple Watch Wallet for shopping, especially at the grocery store or while getting gas for my vehicle. But if I’m out at a nice restaurant with a beautiful woman, meeting up with friends at a pub, or need to get dressed up for work, I’m usually not wearing my Apple Watch. Also, try wearing that Apple Watch Ultra under a long sleeve dress shirt, a sweater (no, not a hoody), or wearing it while bicycling. While bicycling, because of its size, it tends to work its way down my wrist almost onto the back side of my hand, which is quite annoying - my smaller Apple Watch, Series 9 does not do this. A similar sized Garmin watch would also look ridiculous as an everyday watch, unless you happen to be a Seal Team 6 leader in the United States Navy and you require a navigation device on your wrist (stop daydreaming, wake up!). By the way, I’m Generation X, not a Boomer, and over the years I’ve worked hard for my money, and I don’t feel like giving it away so that some greedy CEO who’s not happy with his millions, can become a billionaire. This makes me laugh because I DO like big watches, generally 47mm. And I've seen women wear those well to. So the simple answer is NO, it is NOT too big! Now if you have very tiny wrist that one thing that can make it look fun is the overhand. I think apple should make some apaters fhte curve down for small writs. I means "small" writst, not normal wrists.
Hey I have been using series 6 regularly. I am thinking to upgrade to Apple ultra. Does it feel heavy after using older series watches. Or it feels okay as the previous ones for every day use?
Thanks for all the great details you gave here. Always giving great detailed content. Keep being great at explaining everything. I really like your eyes’ color. Goes well with you.
So glad I found this video. I thought I was going crazy. Ultra 2 was my first watch. It is bigger than my wrist and it looks very manly. I thought maybe this wasn’t intended to be unisexed.
I believe you’re being silly. Amy Apple Watch is big for anything formal. The ultra does not need to be charged every day. I’m a 5’10” man and I’d wear an ultra and time. I’m waiting for the ultra 3 to come out. It’s said to be even bigger. I can’t wait.
The Applewatch Ultra fits very well on a woman. For men, the Ultra is small. In 2024, Apple still doesn't know how to make men's watches like Garmin, for example. A men's watch must have a minimum size of 51 mm. And it should be black, no a color from 1980 like today. We hope that in the future Apple will learn to make more beautiful watches.
I think your husband does not wear suits with shirts that have cuff links (i.e he does not wear proper suits; white tie etc.) with this watch, because this would not work. So you are not well placed to comment on this for men. I have a 44mm Apple Watch and this is already an issue with tailor made suits.

You can also use the ultra in elegant contexts, just put a leather strap and change the dial and it’s splendid
Not only size in cm is important, but also shape of the wrist. The watch will look different on more flat wrist than on more round.
Marina, do you think (only aesthetically) that this Apple Watch Ultra is more beautiful to wear in comparison to the AW stainless steel version?
stainless steel is more beautiful unless deadbat😂

I've never really _WANTED_ an Apple Watch, but the Ultra does make me reconsider. Also, Marina, you remind me of Gal Gadot.
She doesn’t look at her at all. What a weird comment.

She kinda does... Well a little bit, i can see where they are coming from
not at all

mine like a girl 😆 6 too .Which one do you suggest to me? i think the ultra too big for me
Love the AWU. I had the 45mm and my wife has one now. I wanted a bigger battery, multi day AOD, durability. My wife just wanted a fitness tracker
Hey I have been using series 6 regularly. I am thinking to upgrade to Apple ultra. Does it feel heavy after using older series watches. Or it feels okay as the previous ones for every day use?
The regular ones are definitely more comfortable to wear, in my opinion.
They need a woman’s size ultra
Hate “woman size” watches. People should wear what they like. If we like bigger watches, we wear them. Stop “gendering” stuff already.
where did you get your grey with blue and white strap from. it is not on the apple site
This is a great video, quick, easy and full filled with the information that the title promises
Is that trail loop small or large ? Plz reply I need this info. I am gifting this to someone and you have the same wrist size as that person
My wrist is 17.5-18cm does it fit fine?
Jealous! 5'8" - you have the perfect female height. ❤ 5'6" here, wish I were a couple of inches taller.
My wrist is more on the thin size. I don’t care, I have always liked big watches.
Thanks for all the great details you gave here. Always giving great detailed content. Keep being great at explaining everything. I really like your eyes’ color. Goes well with you.

Huh??? Bigger?

Thanks for this video marina I’m looking into this watch
this video is very helpful thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
This video gives very genuine reason for buying an apple watch or not but u know what marina i will buy this 😅
Metal bands look cheap on the Ultra. Don’t play yourself. Get a real watch when you get dressed up.
I've seen it on tiny wrists and it looks ridiculous AF.
It’s better to be too big than too small.
Are we still talkibg about the apple watch here? 😂
This size is made for travelers what the hell you expect??
Sheik and elegant? The emperor has no clothes! It looks absolutely ridiculous.
If 5 ft is tall then I`m Michael Jordan.

@@MarinaTechThat`s 175cm, still on the low side.
5-9 is not “on the low side” for a woman!!

I wear tailored suits with my Apple Watch ultra, the key is not being a little feminine thin wrist like yourself.
