  • As we get older, Injuries have a tendency to linger and can be harder to deal with; physically and mentally.
    In this video I want to discuss to challenges of my recovery even as someone who is fit, with decades of training.

    Joel, this is Jim Riggio. Hoping rehab goes smoothly for you. Just turning 65, injuries take so much longer to heal but still going at it.

      It's all we can do. The more work you put in during your younger days, the better off you'll be as you age.

    The older you are, the longer it takes to heal. I go to the gym as well. I do not want to end up being weak. I hate hoverrounds
