    Hello, I recognize myself in all the laudatory comments. With my 124 kg for 1.72 m, 60 years old and a lot of osteoarthritis pain, I could hardly walk. I started your program 1 month ago and from 5 minutes, I am already at 10 minutes: double in just one month! and thanks to you! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I do a session every morning, level 1 and in September, I will add a session at the end of the day. You give me back the hope and confidence of being able to walk again one day, that is to say freedom. It's huge! Thank you with all my heart.🤩🥇🇫🇷

    I saw my doctor today. She walked into the room carrying her laptop (no more prescription pads or files) and asked me what I've been doing because I've lost weight and brought my A1C (test for fasting blood sugar) down to normal limits. When I told her about your exercise programs, she immediately brought up your site. She was very happy with my results and said that she will start recommending your program to other patients. I was never into exercise, but I enjoy your videos so much and do one or two every day. So, a big thank you to you for all your hard work and time spent helping people improve their health.

      How sweet of you! Wonderful! Jules deserves all the credit and help. Because she really does help a lot of people with a variety of exercise programs. I tried harder ones but they are too hard for me, so I ended up here. I enjoy these.

      I had a similar experience with my primary care doctor; my blood pressure went from the 155/90 last time I was in her office to 102/70 two weeks ago. She asked what blood pressure medicine the cardiologist gave me and was shocked when I told her that he took me off all of it, and that I was working out daily with Improved Health on youtube. It's been 10 months of exercise and it's been more fun and more effective than I ever imagined.

    I'll be 40 this year, am obese, and suffer from chronic pain. I haven't been moving because of the pain which makes me hurt more when I do move. I felt trapped. Until I saw your video. All the other videos were too fast for me to keep up which was very discouraging but this one is a game-changer. I have to do it in 5-minute increments to start out but I know soon I'll be able to get through the entire video. My endgame is to run one sweet day. Thank you for these videos as they give me hope that as long as I am willing to start somewhere change is possible. Be Blessed!

I love your determination and I truly believe that one day you will run. Welcome to my channel! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. You'll notice new ones going up on Mondays, but for now stick with the gentle level workouts so you stay on track, and don't get discouraged. As you get stronger, you can start to do more than one gentle level workout a day but for now, start slow, be proud of your accomplishments and take each day by day. I truly hope my workouts keep you coming back every day.

    Just did this workout, and I enjoyed it. Nice music, and I appreciate the no talking. I am 45 F, overweight and have been dealing with chronic pain for years. "Senior Workouts" were about the only thing I could do eventually. Finally this year hit the right therapist who did a 3 month intensive for my shoulder, I willingly underwent surgery for ankle (artrodesis and osteotomy). Am stable enough that I am now trying a few gentle workouts again. It was a good challenge...thankfully the last few minutes were seated otherwise I'd have stopped early. But I was sweating and breathing harder by the end. So, just a thank you for your content--from a non senior citizen.

      Welcome to my channel, Megan! I actually took the 'for seniors' off my original channel name since these workouts are appropriate for all ages. Thanks for sharing that you're not a senior:) Since I create 3 levels of workouts, you can do what level works best for you. I'm so glad that you enjoyed this one, and could do it (whether standing or seated, you still did it!). On days when you are dealing with more pain, the seated workouts might be a good option (the gentle ones might actually help with the pain since we focus on gentle range of motion movements). I hope you keep coming back and I truly hope these workouts help.

    Bravo to Kurt! Love these oldies...I sang almost all of them!
    No chance for a morning's walkabout today, so I spent 30 minutes cleaning out a couple of cupboards, up and down a step stool, and finished up with this one for a little bit of body movement and stretching!

    I just got back from a vis to see my grandkids and wanted to get back to working out. This was the perfect one to get me back at it, thank you! I’m 75 and you would have been proud of me running to catch my plane as the airline had changed the boarding time to two hours late and then at the last minute put it back to the original time. My son in law is a great driver and got me their as they were boarding. Thanks to your great workouts I made it on to the airplane. Sending hugs of thanks! Grandma Bubbles

    Just the right workout when you don't really feel like doing anything (because you've been in the pool all day with your little son, for example). The great music puts you in a good mood, and at the end you're glad to have done at least something. Thanks, Jules!

    I LOVE your videos! I am not a senior, but I have advanced scoliosis and chronic back problems. It is so nice to find workouts that are short and very doable. I love that it is only 10, 15, 20 minutes. And broken up into the 30 second increments. Very manageable! I especially love the walking workouts and how chill they are! I love the "no talking" peaceful approach you take. It would be so fun to see you branch out into other music, like Jazz or Country or even like themes, an enchanted walk in the woods, lol! I would also LOVE a Prince walk and dance video lol! Thank you for making this content that works for me and motivates me.

I occasionally create popular music videos but using copyrighted music is challenging, so I don't use it that often (also, any income from those goes to the music companies). I'd love to use popular music all the time, but I wouldn't earn an income then and wouldn't be able to continue. I am currently working on an 80's video so that'll be up soon.     I haven’t exercised in quite a while because of knee pain, but my blood sugar has been higher than I wanted. Today I tried this routine. I was ready to quit at the 8 minute mark, and then the song would change, and I would keep moving. Before I knew it, we were finished. Thank you for your help.

    I spent almost 4 hours out in the hot Texas sun today. I wanted a gentle workout for this afternoon and this one was perfect. I was lip syncing along with the songs and it didn't feel like 15 minutes. Loved it!!

      @@ImprovedHealth come in the spring. Temps are great. East TX and what we call The Hill Country are the most beautiful. That's north of Austin. BTW, I was golfing and in a golf cart with a fan and when we can, we park in the shade.

    Hello, Jules! It's warm here today, so I've split my exercises in half: this one, which is a bit slower, although I kicked certain moves up a notch while adhering to the music's beat. Later on, when it cools down, I'll search for something a bit more demanding. A nicely designed routine, great songs, a lovely set...and YOU!. Thank you!...Anastasia

    Yes Jules, it's really me! I started this workout with mixed feelings - happy to be exercising again, and sad that this is so different from before. Then I read some of the comments below and realized I should be happy to do any exercise at all, and began to change my perspective.     I'm 49 year old, weight last Tues when I started my journey was 24st 2. I've managed 5 mins of this workout and had to stop for a break, I'm so embarrassed, but also so impressed as it's a small step I'm taking and I know it'll lead to a much better me xx

There is no need to be embarrassed...the wonderful thing is you can do these at home, work out at your own pace and take breaks as much as you need to. My suggestion is to try to come back to doing 5-10 minutes every day of the gentle level workouts. On days when you're not feeling motivated, just promise yourself you'll commit to 5 minutes. We all have to start somewhere, and the fact that you're starting is what is important. I truly hope to see more comments from you in the future and I'd love to read about your progress.

    This routine works great as a cooldown after doing normal cardio, very relaxing too. I've been doing 2 videos/routines daily and can't see myself skipping them. Awesome work!

    7, 05 2023 Hi Jules, I am on the second workout today with you. I love the gentle ones, it seems in my exhausted state they work for me without giving me frustration. I love this even more in that you put music from the 50&60-ies, crooners and I love them. I love songs more than those tunes that are only instrumental like in your 10 minute gentle one from yesterday. At the same time, I suppose you aim these videos for a much older generation because you put the sitting stretches and that is a bit too much for me, for easiness, so I did them standing.
    I have a clue that it might be my hormone treatment pills that give me this extreme tiredness at the period time. My best friend told me she had the same thing and she decided to put up with the hot flashes rather than this. Me, I cannot endure hot flashes, so I will go back to my doctor, when I have money, and discuss a possible change in the pills because perhaps these do not work for me well.

      I am glad to read that you plan to check in with your doctor. It definitely sounds like something needs to change. I also want to say congrats for making it back for a second workout! Breaking up workouts is a great idea since it'll allow you to do more when you're struggling with energy.

    You have such a fun way of teaching and leading, without commenting. You are very encouraging and I think chose perfect an overall body workout which is also relaxing. The music is great too!! I will be joining more often!! Thanks for a whimsical, healthy pre-bedtime workout (I know this must be for any time of day, but that's when I did it).
