    Hi from Ireland. I just had to msg you to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the main reason why I can now walk 30,000 steps every single day having been told by a doctor that I would need to start steroids in order to help with the pain and inflammation of arthritis. I decided I was not going to go down that route and I found YOU. You have changed my life with your lovely gentle manner and encouraging comments from the very basic 10 mins to now doing at least 3 of your videos every single day. I have lost 40 lbs since 1st January, I can walk for miles and I have little or no pain in my body. I am now addicted to the adrenalin and endorphines that your exercises produce in me and I cannot wake up early enough to start again. Thank you, thank you, thank you xxxxx

      Thank you so much for replying to me. It feels like you're real lol. I made an error I only walk 20,000 steps. It's 7sm here now and I'm off on my first walk, around 7000 steps. Thanks again my new friend ❤🎉❤🎉

    This is by far, the best workout channel I have found in TH-cam. I have been trying to do a workout routine fir the last 2 years, but never found a workout channel that would make me stay.     I‘m autistic with chronic pain and several other issues and it’s hard for me to exercise at all. Most „beginner“ videos on TH-cam are way too challenging for me and always discouraged me more than they helped me.
    When I found your channel I was delighted. Finally some workouts I‘m able to follow and they’re sensory friendly, thank you! =)

    I especially liked how fast the 20 minutes went. The faster pace and quicker exercise changes made the 20 minutes feel more like 10. Thank you, Jules for offering so much variety!

      Liking this one. I do the 80s music one everyday, and today this was my follow on. I often have Jules doing Mama Mia. Fabulous music, and this lady is great.
      I love the quote about music from Edward Elgar. He lived in the same town I live in and wrote much of his work while walking on the Malvern Hills.

    Thanks so much for all of these workouts! I like this one a lot! I drink ketones, do intermittent fasting, and one of your workouts almost every day. I have gotten off almost all medications and lost 90 pounds in 17 months!

      Thanks so much for letting me know that you're enjoying the workouts. As TH-cam creators, we have the choice to put ads in the videos. I only choose to have them before or after, but never in the video itself. I can imagine it would be super annoying to be working out and then an ad stops the workout. The only videos where I don't have control over ads is in the popular music videos. Since the music is owned by music companies, they can put ads in.

    That was great! I'm 70 and it's been 8 1/2 months since my total knee replacement and I got thru your entire workout. I was actually able to speed up in spots. Now I'm full of energy and off to the gym to do my weights. Thank you. Bye the way, I love your smile, it's very encouraging!

    Just tried this one today. Love the 20 second intervals. I am also glad that you included 2 of my favorite features: 1. the total time countdown (along with the exercise countdown) and the upcoming exercise preview. The walking in-between each exercise worked well for me. I am doing the most recent videos without the audio (my husband is learning guitar in the next room), but I can follow along without the music. Thank you for the written encouragement (although your smile is definitely one of my greatest motivators). I'm trying to lose weight, build bone and improve my balance. I think this video will help with all of them. Thanks for another great workout!

    I've been doing the 10 minute exercises to work up to the longer ones. I tried this one this morning and I survived! Yay for me! Thank you so much for posting such great walks - I need them as I do not walk around my neighbor and am . . . well, rather a hermit/recluse (ask my son ) and these walks help me out a lot!     I spent Labor Day Weekend at my cousin's place, doing laps in the pool in place of my afternoon aerobic workout. This routine was a good "getting back on the stick" workout! I was able to job every other walking segment, in the 10 minutes from the warm up to the cool down, felt good, felt strong, sweating like all git-out!

Now for the last 8 weeks I have been doing a different video everyday including weights 3 times a week. This morning I tried this workout & certainly enjoyed the faster pace 🙂 Keep up the great work, I really love all the variety in your workouts & know I will never be bored ❤

    Jules! I am a 59 and 3/4 year old male living in Winnipeg who has type 2 diabetes. As a result, I an entering (or more likely, already entered) the “danger zone” (not to be confused with the hit single by Kenny Loggins from the ‘80’s). I started doing your workouts about a month ago after taking a tour through TH-cam. I liked yours the best. These are not only a “life changer” for me but quite literally a “life saver”. Thanks for all you do fellow Canadian (the accent gave it away)! 👍

    I really like 20 or 15 minute intervals. Why? (Going to tell you either way 😂😂) Because I have so many physical aches and pains. Shorter intervals cause less stress and make the workouts WAY more manageable. Another great workout creation by you, Jules. This was also not too much for me to move right on into one of 5 day strength workouts. Thanks again ✌️❤️

    Loved this one! I really like it when the intervals are 20 instead of 30 seconds. I also liked the flexibility of making it an interval workout or just keeping the same pace throughout. I liked the music, too. Thanks so much!

    Hi Jules. I’ve done this workout twice and forgot to comment. One of the things I love about your workouts is the fact that I can just switch them on knowing that I’ll get the workout I want without trying to be a contortionist. Practical, positive, perfect ❤

    Loved this! It was great to keep coming back to the walking home base and “rehang” my scapulas and shoulders, particularly toward the end when a bit of fatigue starts setting in. Good increase in heart rate. Great workout. Thanks!! 🙏🏻

    Great way to start working off the excesses of my trip to Barcelona! Walked miles but never really got my heart rate up….well except at the top of the tower of the Sagrada Familia but that was utter fear. Now got sugar flowers to make for a wedding cake which means lotsnof sitting. This will be a great quick workout I can do when I need a break. Thanks Jules.
