I loved this one! Another great workout for those evenings where I'm just wiped out after work and I feel so low energy. But I know I can stand up and do this and it won't make me out of breath or light headed, it just makes you feel good and warm and strong! I also love the bird song sounds!! I'd love to see more workouts with nature sounds incorporated, I find that so relaxing.

This my fourth workout in 5 days after a year's lack of exercise. My body and I feel much better already. However, after a normal working day at a primary school, I am so tired that I can't stand rigorous exercise or lifting weights. I need to relax and unwind while moving. That's why I decided to opt for gentle walks like this one, which I can repeat if I have the time. I can go faster and heavier at the weekend. After all, the goal should be moving and enjoying it. Your goal is spot-on! I was happy to read that. It’s true and when someone is starting, it is best to start slowly and enjoy the movement, rather than dreading it. A HUGE congratulations for accomplishing four workouts this week! That is an amazing start!!!
I liked the consistent pattern of the moves. I boosted my exertion by using 1 lb. dumbbells and increasing my speed wasn't difficult even with the varying music rhythms. Received a good workout and soon I'll be doing a new full strength routine. Another good one adaptable to personal preferences!...Anastasia

Hi Jules! I’ve been working out to your videos for a while now and I do enjoy them! Four weeks ago I broke my right arm and was saddened because I couldn’t workout for awhile. I just started to do a few of your gentle workouts again, just using my one good arm for now with the arm movements and feel hopeful again! Thank you so much for these exercise routines for different skill levels. I can’t wait to be healthy enough to resume a regular workout when my shoulder has full range of motion. Blessings😊
Sorry to hear about your arm:( But, I am glad to read that it's healing and you're able to exercise again, even if it's at a slower pace. I know it can be hard waiting (I broke my collar bone many years ago and it seemed to take forever to heal). I wish you a speedy recovery and in the meantime, it's great that you are doing what you can. Just a thought, some of the intermediate seated cardio workouts might work well for you while you're waiting for it to heal (you won't be tempted to move your arms as much with the seated workouts). The intermediate ones definitely elevate the heart rate.

@@ImprovedHealth I used to really struggle with fitting exercise into my daily routines, but since I’ve discovered walking workouts I find it really easy. I have just discovered yours and am really enjoying them. My challenge now is to progress to the 30 mins ones - it’s not that they would be too hard, more that I need to commit to exercising for longer and getting up earlier to fit it in!

I read your previous comment about hip bursitis...if these gentle workouts work for you then these might be a better choice over the intermediate ones. As I mentioned in the last comment to you, just avoid any movements that you feel will aggravate the area. Gentle workouts are definitely better than no workouts and they might allow you to exercise without aggravating the hip area.

Any suggestions on a mat for walking? Our floors are really hard on the joints.
I would suggest an area carpet (safe, not fluffy) as well as good walking shoes with proper support. Hope that helps.
Thanks. I had surgery recently and they told me to walk 20 minutes 4x a day but it's all ice outside.
