As you do this (cutting out seed oils etc.) be aware of how your body is responding to cleaning itself up and ridding itself of these toxins (through the liver). Also, as you lose fat, toxins stored inside those fat cells get released and may temporarily cause health issues. However, stick with it, drink lots of water to keep flushing those toxins out. Walk, run Whatever it takes. In a few weeks you will see the healthier difference. Respect the only vessel you have in this life.

@@nellosnook4454 hey it’s great to hear that you don’t crave popcorn anymore! I cook all my food with homemade tallow. I buy raw beef fat (which is so cheap because nobody buy it these days) and cook it to melt the fat and store it in a jar. It’s super easy to make. Beef suet fat has the most vitamins so buy suet if you can. Better make it at home because commercial stuffs are usually too filtered and too refined. I can’t recommend tallow enough. Last winter I ate a lot of tallow and my lips were never dry. In the past every winter I would suffer from severely dry lips but the tallow and carnivore diet made the problem disappear. Animal fats like lard and tallow actually can provide you essential vitamin D during winter. Other than tallow I also use butter sometimes.
For the flour I don’t have any good brand to recommend. It’s better to cut the carbs anyway. Personally I don’t believe that whole grain is actually better. In whole grain they grind up the bran and germ, which are possibly the most toxic parts of the plant. Wheat is a heavily sprayed crop. People got sick from all these chemicals and they conveniently claimed it on gluten, they forgot to tell us why humans have been eating wheat for thousands of years but now somehow we are allergic to it now.

Dude! Moderation, moderation, moderation. While I overall agree with you, one oatmeal cream pie or honey bun won't ruin your diet if you adjust your calorie and protein intake accordingly. Just don't make it a daily occurrence. Many people too readily reward themselves with sweets feeling like they have "earned it." Discipline and self control are the name of the game, but it can be miserable never getting to indulge. That would just make people more likely to slip into their old ways and gain back all the weight they lost.

bro ur just whining. you're really that sensitive because he spoke the truth and dropped shitty poison crap on the floor? he probably picked it up anyway. "He insulted the products". So do food products have feelings now? That's just cope. You're lying to yourself and you know it. and then you question why he isn't banned yet? you obviously never considered the value in what he was actually saying, did you? you really are arrogant. oh yeah, but when someone actually does something bad, where they're actually harassing people in the store, it's all fun and jokes. Why? Because it doesn't offend them. Those are the type of people who we call Emotional.

The fat will melt off because it’s hard to eat in a 3000kcal surplus each day while only eating clean food. The ease in which we can over eat these foods is what makes them obesogenic, not that they are inherently fattening. If you were to eat nothing but cookies and cakes but remained in a calorie deficit, you would lose weight. Will definitely lose a shit ton of water weight and bloat from cutting these out though and will no doubt be healthier for it. Just isn’t as simple as “stop eating these and you will lose fat”

The snacks my students bring to school 😭😭😭😭
I make it a point to eat a snack at snack time in front of my kiddos to set a good example. Little by little, they ask me what I'm eating, and some go home and get their parents to buy them the same thing. It's important to eat healthy starting young.

I had avoided those for years and was healthy. After 2 kids it was easier(and cheaper) to go to more convenient foods and eat with my kids. For the first time in my life I was pre-diabetic and had high cholesterol even though I was far from the fattest I've ever been. It's only been 3 weeks and I've dropped nearly 10 pounds.

We’re addicted as a society. You can tell this because of the complaining in the comments. Eat it or not, it’s your choice but just because you eat ‘a little’ each day doesn’t make it healthy. Free will 🤷🏻‍♀️ so don’t bash him for telling you what you don’t want to hear. We are being poisoned by these food companies and have been for years, and people are like 🤤😱😖 “Don’t take my artery clogging snackies!!” 😩

I avoid all of these and only on rare occasions do I have desserts 🍮. You have to live a little, right ?
I avoid seed oils at all costs and basically am on OMAD except for kefir or yogurt along with my morning coffee.
My point is with all of the avoidance, I’m not exactly as thin as I should be. And sometimes I’m downright miserable about it all.
The only way for me to lose any weight is to do an extended fast of 5 days.
    This sucks.
