My Dad was a body builder in the 60s when I was a kid. He was kind of a health food nut so we always had an organic garden, grass fed beef, only honey or raw sugar, no processed flour. I remember him teaching me to read bread labels and he said that "if it has more than 5 ingredients or there are any ingredients with names you can't pronounce put it back".
Sick Filet I worked for this company (briefly), never ate the food (didn't care if it was free!!), and once I discovered these truths? I quit. I now work for a small family farm and just being OUT of fast food kitchens has improved my health tremendously
That's the point. Fast food and big pharma work hand in hand. The first one makes you sick and the second rakes in the money from your diabetes, heart disease and gastro issues.
I lived in southern India for 3 years. I spent time on a spice plantation which was amazing. The owner drove me to a place where they've clear-cut and planted palm oil trees. He said it is all exported to The States. I asked him why and he said that "palm oil is toxic" and not allowed in Indian food. My fellow Americans, it's time to wake up and understand that you are part of an experiment.
Palm Oil is not toxic. It’s used for cooking in most of West Africa for centuries. I guess if it’s over processed, that’s when it becomes bad for consumption and unhealthy.
They're seeing how many fillers the American people are willing to put up with in order to maximize products. Unfortunately too many people are blind to this and buy the food anyways which is how it's getting this bad. I wish more people woke up so corporations understand we aren't willing to buy their poison, but I don't see that happening any time soon unfortunately. "Well McDonalds just added shoe rubber to their buns and they're still selling burgers like hot cakes! Let's try adding rat poison to the patty. It'll save us $0.02 per sandwich!"
Chick-fil-A will always be the #1 go-to spot. Thats why you can barely get in one at lunch time. They do so much business they take Sundays off, it's not just a religious thing lol
I used to work at Nestle in Kentucky making hot pockets. If I explained how we made hot pockets and the ingredients that are in the hot pockets a lot of people wouldn't even touch those anymore.

You also have to check previously safe foods to be sure they haven't recently changed the formula, I mean recipe. I can't tolerate half the foods that were my safe brands & safe flavors from 4 years ago.
I worked at chick fil a in the early 90,s…times have definitely changed. I remember the chicken came raw and fresh, never frozen and would be hand seasoned in house.
That’s how Taco Bell was in the early 80’s. The ground beef and beans were cooked from raw in the restaurant. And we chopped all of the toppings fresh every day.
I don't mind frozen foods, that's actually better, and I actually prefer it. When you're transporting raw meats over long distances, there is a risk of spoilage and contamination, unless it's fresh, local and consumed within a few hours of slaughter, and that's never the case with fast food.
I’m consistently 20lbs less now than before COVID when I worked in an office and ate junk food for lunch everyday. I work from home now and we fix most of our meals

I fell with chicken a Filet once and after I saw the microscopic bun with chicken got back to Church's....at. leat Churche's sell something like chicken in their menus with acceptable amounts.
I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20+ years. It took me a long time to rifle through all of the mess and you can find cleaning ingredients to use for restaurants. If you look hard enough the one thing we did was use fresh potatoes and we cut them in a fry cutter double rinse them in cold water to get the natural sugars and starch out of the potatoes and then we would double fried them. Hands-down, the best fries you can eat and cook them in peanut oil. We probably sacrificed some ingredients on the bread products but nothing came frozen and everything was fresh every every day.

God created the wheat grain with about 14 chromosomes. along comes monsanto (I refer to them as monsatan) and gmo's the grain to contain 48-52. our bodies were not designed to recognize gmo's so it does the only thing it can and stores them as fat!!
I order real sourdough breads from Wildgrain. Only 4 ingredients. I started a clean diet after a health scare, and I’m feeling great! I will never drink Mt Dew or any sodas again. No beef, no pork. No processed food, NO FAST FOOD!

The truth is Americans have become LAZY! Back when I was growing up there was no fast food, ready made foods except cereals, and oats in quick form. We had farm stores on corners around town to go pick up the quickest type foods we had available. (Helped when the grocery stores were closed on Sundays and we needed a gallon of milk or eggs.) We were never missing out on our packed lunches and dinners when needed made with fresh healthy goods. My mom worked 2 jobs to raise 3 girls with only commodities handed out to us once a month which was really powdered milk, velveeta cheese, sugar, flower and peanut butter type goods (military goods I think). We never had packaged cookies or dinners. So, we cooked and now that I am old, I am cooking everything again because I can't eat the processed foods you all buy at those joints, they make me sick literally. It takes actually LESS time to make a good meal (20 min) than it does to get dressed, drive to burger king, wait for my food and wait for it. I love the way my food tastes, I save my leftovers for tomorrows lunches or freeze in portions to reheat another night. I eat cheaper and much healthier than people eat that choose fast food that really isn't "fast". My fast food sandwiches are things like: Croque Monsieur! Enjoy your junk food!
Chick Fil A has gone through at least 2 very noticeable downgrades in the last 3 decades and it no longer tastes as good and it also doesn't digest as well

Remember while you're condemning sugar, the alternatives are even worse. Aspartame can cause cognitive decline, and Splenda, according to certain studies, will usher in heart disease. Either way we're cooked. Even Stevia is said to cause health issues in certain people.

There shouldn't be laws against it those additives, but there should be laws against calling something 100% pure chicken when it isn't. I don't think government should have the right to dictate what you can or can't put in your body. People make bad life choices all the time, but that's their choice. The only thing the government should be involved in is prohibiting false and deceptive advertising so that people could have the ability to make informed choices.

In fact, if those insurance companies did go out of business, health costs would drop drastically. Ever get an MRI done? They bill your insurance company anywhere from $1200-$2500 for it. But if you were to go to the MRI imaging place yourself and pay cash, you can get it done for under $400. So if we want to play games, the medical industry is very much guilty of ripping off the insurance companies normally and they in turn rip off their customers.

If you want to avoid acne even if you eat at home you will have to avoid, all dairy products, all sugar ( yes even fruit) no caffeine or even dark chocolate

Same. It’s so been worth the sacrifice. With improvements in food choices, thankfully 130 lbs down with MS. Symptoms have gone into remission so far and significantly less fatigue etc. keep up good work with eating.
Paul is speaking truth..Fast ultra processed foods is food substance stuff! Since 1/10/23 no junk/fast food stuff. Big pharma and big food is trying hard to kill us. I lived outside the US for over a decade and because there was limited availability of imported food, I started baking my own muffins and bread, eating fresh fruit and vegetables that everyone grew at home or bought at the outdoor market and don't get me started on fresh fish right off the boat. Now that I'm back in CA, I still bake my muffins (usually only 6 - 8 ingredients like organic flour, butter, eggs, raw sugar or honey, vanilla, blueberries, and nuts) and almost never eat fast food. So many things in life you can't control but eating healthy is 100% within our control.

Also, canola oil is an inflammatory . Bad for your joints. Side note: you need to walk about a 1 mile or just over per 100 calories you want to burn off. if your ice cream is 500-600 cal. You need to walk 5-6 miles just to burn that off. 👍🏽

When you are young, food ingredients aren't really all that important to you. It's not till you advance in age, and the diagnosis of heart ailments or cancer comes down that one starts to look at changing a diet.
This blew my mind. What a great example of perception being greater than truth, and the woman you spoke to made the comment about great marketing. It’s deceptive marketing. At the end of the day, people are responsible for what they consume. Fortunately, thanks to people like you, many people are waking up to the realities about the real motives of the food industry.

I was a dishwasher for 3 years at a Chick-fil-A, the pans with the spicy chicken juices would cause Rashes on my arms. The mini chicken - biscuit would start to have a different bad taste if under the heat lamp more than 15 minutes,the chocolate chip cookies would go from good to terrible within 2-3 days. We definitely had to throw away a lot of food because of loss of flavor. I never understood why people think Chick-fil-A is better than other places.It couldn't be because it's product or ingredients. I took my own lunch from home after eating there's & the weird taste difference 's.
I spent decades starving myself fat and sick on 1200 low fat, high fibre calories a day for decades. Had an active job and went to the gym daily. Barely fit a size 18 Canadian. 16 in USA sizes. So the so called healthy diet. Was not eating out. Didn't have the money for it. I switched to the old 1950s British diet in the prologue of Good Calories, Bad Calories 15 years ago. Removed the seed oils. Lost the weight, no starvation involved. Cleared up so many health issues. Size 6/8. 4/6 in USA sizes. 22 body fat percentage. Which is as low as an old lady well past 50 should ever go.
That same thing happened with Wendy's. When Dave Thomas was alive, they had the best fries, buns AND burgers out of the big 3 chains. Now, they're awful.
Ugh, I was doing good on a strictly carnivore diet for 4 days. Felt great, full of energy, slimming down. I went to San Antonio for an appointment and treated myself to some Chick-fil-A and have felt like crap with stomach cramps, FREQUENT bathroom visits, and aching joints for a full 24 hours so far. In another couple weeks, I could blame it on my cycle but my Chick-fil-A “treat” is the only thing I can think of.
It is the cfa. I almost never eat it but I take my son out once in a blue moon for their fries only. Every single time I do, I've realized it causes me to be sick to my stomach. So same. It's not just you! It's the food.
I did a very simple McDonald's experiment with a Happy Meal about 17 years ago for my kids. All i did was leave the meal on a plate for a few months on top of the fridge, and it never changed. No mold, no stale hardened bread. The grease from the fries and the pattie were the same. Totally Fake Food. My kids never forgot and never will.
My daughter brought her home some Starbucks pastries in a bag. I totally forgot about it. I found it behind the couch months later totally unchanged no mold no nothing. A friend spilled a Wendy’s frosty outside her front door and was sick so she didn’t feel like cleaning it up. She came out out the next day no ants no flies no bees no yellow jackets. No nothing around it.

He's getting pounded by the food establishment. He's stepping out in front and taking the 'flak'. He went after Children's Hospital for their crappy food and everyone was blasting him saying 'these people are sick and can eat what they want'. BUT THAT'S THE POINT. People are sick and need GOOD FOOD, not junk food.
I had a friend who was a doctor, and ate pretty healthy, and when she got cancer and was undergoing chemo she started eating lots of sweets because it tasted good. I would watch and think how she was feeding the cancer the chemo was trying to kill. Yes, she died.
I was pretty surprised that you didn’t bother to cover one of the biggest things that makes them so popular, their sauce(s). The Chik Fil A Sauce, my mom loves to buy it at the grocery store, I always turn the bottle around and read off the laundry list of chemicals there. Thanks for the info
speaking of preservatives... I buy police auction vehicles... I've found fast food in them and the food looks the same as if it was new, even though it has sat on a police lot sometimes for months or years

Thanks for these videos. I haven't eaten fast food since January 2021, nearly 4 years ago and I have to say, because of how long it's been I don't crave or desire any of it, ever. The smell alone makes me a little nauseous. Just goes to show we're not hooked on the taste, but on all of the addictive ingredients..
Worked at Cane's and the chicken would come in boxes with farm-esque labelling. Main thing is that they were just straight breast cuts with like blood and sinew and shit - I can't really see any additives being in the chicken itself but at the end of the day, corporate greed and malintent gets its way, so who knows. As for the breading, there was pre-mixed bags of flour, and we would use pre-scrambled eggs (the ones that come in cardboard cartons that they sell in Whole Foods type stores) so that's another potential source of hidden slop. Honestly, as far as Cane's goes, they seemed pretty healthy relative to the rest of the fast food world. We surprisingly made most things in-house (e.g. the sauce, us mixing whatever proprietary ratio of ketchup, mustard, vinegar, etc.) and food was kept on very frequent rotations - new shipments every morning - given the high churn rate of incoming customers. Corporate also clearly kept regulations pretty strict, reflected on the front end either how-I'd argue-it rivals or even beats out Chick-fil-A among the fast food places with renowned "good service."

I work at INO, if you wanna stay away from the bad stuff there stay away from the bun, spread, fries and cheese. Our meat is cooked with the beef fat and it’s chuck beef, don’t think it’s grass fed though, all produce is fresh, except pickles and chilis which are both pickled lol
I live in Wisconsin, where there is a major convenience store and gas station chain called Kwik Trip. Kwik Trip has machines in their food factory in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, whose sole purpose is to create grill marks on the chicken. The chicken isn't actually grilled; instead, these machines, which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, make artificial grill marks on the chicken.

When I started the ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting back in January 2023, my cheat meal was Chick-fil-A nuggets, either the grilled ones or the fried ones. Once a week, I would order a 12 piece and water. I lost 30 pounds. However, my weight loss has stalled since then. I think I know what I need to do to resume my weight loss. Thanks Paul!
I also hit a big stall at the 30 pound mark. I eat a normal meal at lunchtime and a small snack at 7:00 pm. I started walking 1 hour in the morning and now I’m losing weight at 1 pound a month, and that’s ok.
I am guy of average height (5"9) My weight, for most of my life was between 180-195 pounds. Today I am struggling to stay above 170, and its all thanks to Paul! I eat as much as I can, and yet I struggle NOT to lose weight. I am built stocky, so most people think I am working out hard. The funny thing is, I put almost no effort into looking good, and yet most people at the gym will not achieve my physique. This is all thanks to the advice of Paul Saladino. I wish more people were open-minded about learning what goes into their food. Once you figure it out, your health will improve vastly. Thank you Paul! You are a treasure to this planet))
I try to stay in between 220 and 235lbs. People have different nutritional needs from one another. If I were to go on the kind of diet that Saladino promotes, I'd lose a lot of muscle mass and not be able to lift at a level that I lift at.

I don't know why anyone eats fast food anymore. It's not even cheaper these days. That said, people are going to eat what they want, but best to always keep yourself informed and spread the information with humility.
Youll be surprised. I have worked in fast food chains, one being the SPUR steak Ranch. The lettuce is soaked in 'chipwhyte', I research this and its like looking for a needle in a haystack, I found the real name but cant recall now. The 'chipwhyte' lengthens the shelflife, keeping it green but also stripping it of any goodness it may have had. Noticed nowadays how a packet of lettuce lasts for weeks, this was not always the case, wonder why.
I brought and ate a Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwich and I got the worst indigestion afterwards. I told my sister it had to be whatever oil they were cooking it in. Didn't know about the palm oil at the time.
I bake my chicken fillet in the oven, with nothing but a little water. Then I made my chicken sandwich with real sourdough bread lightly toasted, real cheese, real mayo ,real 🍅 and real 🥬 Delish!

I would be curious as to the quality of their food would decrease and if it would be a notice in flavor. Now after watching this video. I will not be eating fast food at all.

Yes, and I save $ on some foods to use for "the good stuff" like pasture raised beef or eggs. Lentils, easy & faster than beans, $2 a pound house brand or cook blackeyed peas, black beans & have with barley, sourdough bread. So there's room to get one source olive oil in glass, since many reports some cheaper brands plastic jugs faked with part seed oils. And frozen wild blueberries, I put with herbal blend of peppermint, Earl Grey black tea, loose dried hibiscus flowers, lemon juice to help assimilate the tea
When we're on the road, we don't do fast food anymore. We go to the grocery store and buy some fresh fruit and veggies and sandwich fixings instead. It doesn't take much longer and it's a lot cheaper and healthier.

I used to enjoy it BUT no matter what they say, 100% I get a pressure headache EVERY TIME I ingest their sandwich within a couple of hours and it lasts all day. I normally don’t get headaches otherwise. In the end it’s just not worth it to me. Why is garbage allowed in our food?

You can make that coke slaw yourself. It is easy. When they stopped serving it, Chick-Fil-A actually put out the recipe. You can find it online. I made it just a couple weeks ago and it was delicious! I had forgotten about the carrot salad and the lemon pie! Those were favorites of mine also.

My Dad was a body builder in the 60s when I was a kid. He was kind of a health food nut so we always had an organic garden, grass fed beef, only honey or raw sugar, no processed flour. I remember him teaching me to read bread labels and he said that "if it has more than 5 ingredients or there are any ingredients with names you can't pronounce put it back".

He said it is all exported to The States. I asked him why and he said that "palm oil is toxic" and not allowed in Indian food. I worked at chick fil a in the early 90,s…times have definitely changed. I remember the chicken came raw and fresh, never frozen and would be hand seasoned in house.

That’s how Taco Bell was in the early 80’s. The ground beef and beans were cooked from raw in the restaurant. And we chopped all of the toppings fresh every day.
I don't mind frozen foods, that's actually better, and I actually prefer it. When you're transporting raw meats over long distances, there is a risk of spoilage and contamination, unless it's fresh, local and consumed within a few hours of slaughter, and that's never the case with fast food.

I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20+ years. It took me a long time to rifle through all of the mess and you can find cleaning ingredients to use for restaurants. If you look hard enough the one thing we did was use fresh potatoes and we cut them in a fry cutter double rinse them in cold water to get the natural sugars and starch out of the potatoes and then we would double fried them. Hands-down, the best fries you can eat and cook them in peanut oil. We probably sacrificed some ingredients on the bread products but nothing came frozen and everything was fresh every every day.

The truth is Americans have become LAZY! Back when I was growing up there was no fast food, ready made foods except cereals, and oats in quick form. We had farm stores on corners around town to go pick up the quickest type foods we had available. (Helped when the grocery stores were closed on Sundays and we needed a gallon of milk or eggs.) We were never missing out on our packed lunches and dinners when needed made with fresh healthy goods. My mom worked 2 jobs to raise 3 girls with only commodities handed out to us once a month which was really powdered milk, velveeta cheese, sugar, flower and peanut butter type goods (military goods I think). We never had packaged cookies or dinners. So, we cooked and now that I am old, I am cooking everything again because I can't eat the processed foods you all buy at those joints, they make me sick literally. It takes actually LESS time to make a good meal (20 min) than it does to get dressed, drive to burger king, wait for my food and wait for it. I love the way my food tastes, I save my leftovers for tomorrows lunches or freeze in portions to reheat another night. I eat cheaper and much healthier than people eat that choose fast food that really isn't "fast".

I don't think government should have the right to dictate what you can or can't put in your body. People make bad life choices all the time, but that's their choice. I lived outside the US for over a decade and because there was limited availability of imported food, I started baking my own muffins and bread, eating fresh fruit and vegetables that everyone grew at home or bought at the outdoor market and don't get me started on fresh fish right off the boat. Now that I'm back in CA, I still bake my muffins (usually only 6 - 8 ingredients like organic flour, butter, eggs, raw sugar or honey, vanilla, blueberries, and nuts) and almost never eat fast food. So many things in life you can't control but eating healthy is 100% within our control.
Eating healthy in america is expensive and almost impossible.
I enjoy fish the most when I catch and clean it myself. There's something about catching your own dinner that makes you appreciate it more.

I was a dishwasher for 3 years at a Chick-fil-A, the pans with the spicy chicken juices would cause Rashes on my arms. The mini chicken - biscuit would start to have a different bad taste if under the heat lamp more than 15 minutes,the chocolate chip cookies would go from good to terrible within 2-3 days. We definitely had to throw away a lot of food because of loss of flavor. I never understood why people think Chick-fil-A is better than other places.It couldn't be because it's product or ingredients. I took my own lunch from home after eating there's & the weird taste difference 's.

I switched to the old 1950s British diet in the prologue of Good Calories, Bad Calories 15 years ago. Removed the seed oils. Lost the weight, no starvation involved. Cleared up so many health issues.
Size 6/8. 4/6 in USA sizes. 22 body fat percentage. Which is as low as an old lady well past 50 should ever go.

Ugh, I was doing good on a strictly carnivore diet for 4 days. Felt great, full of energy, slimming down. I went to San Antonio for an appointment and treated myself to some Chick-fil-A and have felt like crap with stomach cramps, FREQUENT bathroom visits, and aching joints for a full 24 hours so far. In another couple weeks, I could blame it on my cycle but my Chick-fil-A “treat” is the only thing I can think of.

I did a very simple McDonald's experiment with a Happy Meal about 17 years ago for my kids. All i did was leave the meal on a plate for a few months on top of the fridge, and it never changed. No mold, no stale hardened bread. The grease from the fries and the pattie were the same. Totally Fake Food. My kids never forgot and never will.

No nothing around it.

speaking of preservatives... I buy police auction vehicles... I've found fast food in them and the food looks the same as if it was new, even though it has sat on a police lot sometimes for months or years

I went on a strict carnivore/keto diet for several months, my wife loves this place so i decided to treat myself and man the stomach issues i had afterwards.
Seed oils and gluten are just two of the possible reasons.

Thanks for these videos. I haven't eaten fast food since January 2021, nearly 4 years ago and I have to say, because of how long it's been I don't crave or desire any of it, ever. The smell alone makes me a little nauseous. Just goes to show we're not hooked on the taste, but on all of the addictive ingredients..

Worked at Cane's and the chicken would come in boxes with farm-esque labelling. Main thing is that they were just straight breast cuts with like blood and sinew and shit - I can't really see any additives being in the chicken itself but at the end of the day, corporate greed and malintent gets its way, so who knows. As for the breading, there was pre-mixed bags of flour, and we would use pre-scrambled eggs (the ones that come in cardboard cartons that they sell in Whole Foods type stores) so that's another potential source of hidden slop. Honestly, as far as Cane's goes, they seemed pretty healthy relative to the rest of the fast food world. We surprisingly made most things in-house (e.g. the sauce, us mixing whatever proprietary ratio of ketchup, mustard, vinegar, etc.) and food was kept on very frequent rotations - new shipments every morning - given the high churn rate of incoming customers. Corporate also clearly kept regulations pretty strict, reflected on the front end either how-I'd argue-it rivals or even beats out Chick-fil-A among the fast food places with renowned "good service."

I work at INO, if you wanna stay away from the bad stuff there stay away from the bun, spread, fries and cheese.
Our meat is cooked with the beef fat and it’s chuck beef, don’t think it’s grass fed though, all produce is fresh, except pickles and chilis which are both pickled lol
I live in Wisconsin, where there is a major convenience store and gas station chain called Kwik Trip. Kwik Trip has machines in their food factory in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, whose sole purpose is to create grill marks on the chicken. The chicken isn't actually grilled; instead, these machines, which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, make artificial grill marks on the chicken.
I love Kwik Trip but had to stop eating their food because it's mostly all bioengineered. 😢

When I started the ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting back in January 2023, my cheat meal was Chick-fil-A nuggets, either the grilled ones or the fried ones. Once a week, I would order a 12 piece and water. I lost 30 pounds. However, my weight loss has stalled since then. I think I know what I need to do to resume my weight loss. Thanks Paul!
I also hit a big stall at the 30 pound mark. I eat a normal meal at lunchtime and a small snack at 7:00 pm. I started walking 1 hour in the morning and now I’m losing weight at 1 pound a month, and that’s ok.

My weight, for most of my life was between 180-195 pounds. Today I am struggling to stay above 170, and its all thanks to Paul! I eat as much as I can, and yet I struggle NOT to lose weight.
I am built stocky, so most people think I am working out hard. The funny thing is, I put almost no effort into looking good, and yet most people at the gym will not achieve my physique. This is all thanks to the advice of Paul Saladino. I wish more people were open-minded about learning what goes into their food. Once you figure it out, your health will improve vastly. I try to stay in between 220 and 235lbs. People have different nutritional needs from one another. If I were to go on the kind of diet that Saladino promotes, I'd lose a lot of muscle mass and not be able to lift at a level that I lift at.

I don't know why anyone eats fast food anymore. It's not even cheaper these days. That said, people are going to eat what they want, but best to always keep yourself informed and spread the information with humility.
Youll be surprised. I have worked in fast food chains, one being the SPUR steak Ranch. The lettuce is soaked in 'chipwhyte', I research this and its like looking for a needle in a haystack, I found the real name but cant recall now. The 'chipwhyte' lengthens the shelflife, keeping it green but also stripping it of any goodness it may have had. Noticed nowadays how a packet of lettuce lasts for weeks, this was not always the case, wonder why.
I brought and ate a Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwich and I got the worst indigestion afterwards. I told my sister it had to be whatever oil they were cooking it in. Didn't know about the palm oil at the time.

Thank you Paul Saladino. I been eating chick-fil-a for years until the start of this year 2024 when they did announced antibiotics. I would be curious as to the quality of their food would decrease and if it would be a notice in flavor. Now after watching this video. I will not be eating fast food at all.

I LOVE THESE VIDEOS! Very Educational and gives me the information on why not to eat ultra processed foods. I’ve CUT OUT junk food and started eating whole natural foods only cook with avocado oil no synthetic sugar, very little sugar intake overall and the results have been mind blowing. Yes, and I save $ on some foods to use for "the good stuff" like pasture raised beef or eggs. Lentils, easy & faster than beans, $2 a pound house brand or cook blackeyed peas, black beans & have with barley, sourdough bread. So there's room to get one source olive oil in glass, since many reports some cheaper brands plastic jugs faked with part seed oils. And frozen wild blueberries, I put with herbal blend of peppermint, Earl Grey black tea, loose dried hibiscus flowers, lemon juice to help assimilate the tea

When we're on the road, we don't do fast food anymore. We go to the grocery store and buy some fresh fruit and veggies and sandwich fixings instead. It doesn't take much longer and it's a lot cheaper and healthier.

@@lexseec6124We wash our hands the same way someone going through a drive-through would. Hand sanitizer and wet-wipes. Or even better, we use the restroom and wash our hands at the grocery store. We usually don't use plastic knives. Yes, we have spoons in our car, they take up *so much* room. I honestly don't know if this is an honest question or if you're trolling me. It's not rocket science.
Also, the grocery store sells food that doesn't need to be washed. You can buy veggie trays that are ready to be eat, haha.

I used to enjoy it BUT no matter what they say, 100% I get a pressure headache EVERY TIME I ingest their sandwich within a couple of hours and it lasts all day. I normally don’t get headaches otherwise. In the end it’s just not worth it to me. Why is garbage allowed in our food?

You can make that coke slaw yourself. It is easy. When they stopped serving it, Chick-Fil-A actually put out the recipe. You can find it online. I made it just a couple weeks ago and it was delicious! I had forgotten about the carrot salad and the lemon pie! Those were favorites of mine also.
