I'm doing this challenge, lessggoo (you'll get the updates). Day1- complete 3 sets, my legs were shaking sometimes & I'm proud for not giving up in between Day2- complete 3 sets, had pain from stomach to thigh area Day3- complete 3 sets Day4- complete 1 set (personal thing) Day5- i didn't do it, had depression Day6- complete 3 sets (pending 2 from day4) done Day7- didn't do it Day8- complete 3 sets Day9- complete 3 sets
love her shes really great i did one of the other 10 day challenges and they really work to slim you down also watching her do these exercises are memorizing!

If you do this exercise regularly you will see a difference but if you skip this exercise like one dayy your belly fat will appear :) So I don't recommend this exercise
