      I absolutely love L-theanine, I going through perimenopause and the symptoms can be extremely uncomfortable. L-theanine has helped calm my mind and the anxiety. ❤ I am so grateful. I take 100mg per day ones a day.

I'm using this for anxiety and over stress, I had tons of problems and each time I see doctor they can't find anything but stress...I'm using a different type of it named as suntheanine, they say it is same thing but patented, I notice that it makes my appetite low, is this normal ? • @epicchannel4724
      @epicchannel4724 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You would basically need to take twice as much L Theanine after the L Tyrosine. No point in taking together. If you're taking L Tyrosine to get focus during day and then later taking L Theanine in evening to relax then it makes sense, but not together at same time.

      I’ve been using L-theanine after stopping anti-depressants (SSRIs and an SNRI). It helps me with depression, irritability, and anxiety, and even blunts some pain disorders I have. It has a weaker anti-effect than prescription drugs, but no sedating or side effects for me. My husband and I have both been using it for years, taking 400 mg once or twice a day. Everyone is different, of course, but it may be worth a try if you stop taking your SSRI. If you try it, I’d start with just one 200 mg. capsule. Take care.
