Love it. I know I have a high cortisol level and also suffer from anxiety. This is a game changer. Take 150 mg AM and PM. I feel so much better and have more get up and go.
I'm very happy that I found this stream. Your extensive knowledge is impressive and you come with receipts . I will pass this along and I look forward to seeing more.
Thank you for watching!
I'm going to try it. I might swap out my Ginko with ps or half my Ginko dosage.
I use it on my menstrual for clarity of mind
I am so glad I found your video. I’m a retired health care professional who is suffering from brain fog. If your own immune cells attack myelin sheath of nervous system due to virus (COVID, HSV) that cause brain fog, memory loss, this supplements should help restore myelin sheath, shouldn’t it? Does this mean all these people who are suffering from brain fog due to long COVID, this supplement should help? This is a huge discovery. Since I start taking phosphatidylserine, honestly I start feeling much better. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing!
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 3 years that cause nerve damaged and damaged my myelin sheath, do you think this would be good for myelin sheath repair?
I can’t say for sure that it will help but I think it’s worth a trial for a few months
Did you say that I can induce insomnia? If so, do you have any tips and tricks on that?
I've had some patients in which it interfered with sleep, in those cases I lowered the dosage
Dr. Jessica, How/Where would I find Phosphalidylserine?
I have a link to a brand I like in the description box.
Trying it, and like the results. definitely feel more focused. Gradualcchange though, about 2 weeks in.
Love to hear it! Thanks for sharing your experience so far ❤️
@@JessicaNortonND Anything else I could supplement this with hat isn't omega- 3?
@@karentraceymoore7415 for focus? I also use L-theanine, bacopa, to name a few, just depends on what effect you are looking for and what else you are taking
do the effects wears off , when stop taking it?
@@ayush145ch I noticed after not taking it for 2 days, I was slightly off. But I have a tumor, so, it could be diet or something else.
I have had this feel like it helped with my lucid dreaming progress. Is there any correlation with the two.
Interesting, I’ve not seen any research on the connection
I have a daughter 15 years old. How to use it hungry or full thank you😊
i often recommend try on an empty stomach but if it causes GI upset then try with a meal
Dr. Jessica, Is there anyone who should not take this supplement?
It's generally well tolerated by most, people. I would say people on cholinergic drugs like cevimeline or pilocarpine should use caution. Of course pregnant or women breastfeeding should speak with their doctor and I don't generally work with children so I'm not sure on that one.
It might cause insomnia but u found it in sleep formulas , how ?
Everyone reacts differently…and also it is sometimes dose dependent
Heyyyy my supplement...😅... Good stuff
such a good one!
@@JessicaNortonND So many more to speak about
What about l serine?

I'm tickled that Americans pronouce it phospa 'tiddle', not 'tidal', because the only other similar words that come to mind are piddle, widdle and diddle.
😂👊🏻
Lol Not all americans pronounce it that way. She's the only one I've ever heard say it that way. Everyone else I've ever heard pronounces it "tidal" as well.
