People simply aren’t aware of the damage loud noises can do to your hearing. Perhaps TV manufacturers and broadcasters could take a lead by fitting sound compressors and showing short public information clips between programmes.

Hello my . I ve seen a lot of your videos. So very conforting and hopefull. I am a new tinnitus patient. 2 months of high pitch sound. Modulates from neck and jaw movements. Seeking some chiropractor and dentist treatments. But i have some level of hearing loss from loud headphones music trough the years. I believe thats the main cause. Also im working very recently in airline catering service deliver. So i am exposed to jet engines. I have to protect my ears from now on. So im buying custom earplugs with noise cancelation . Farmers surprised me and nursery workers! My husband is a machinist and he has it too. They thankfully do provide all the guys with hearing protection. I work in a quiet office and only have a very bit of age related hearing loss… but I now carry custom ear protection in my purse in case I might need them. It’s a good habit!
