Mozarella sticks in Air Fryer

For mozarella sticks you need
mozarella
bread crumbs
2-3 eggs
desired spices: I used paprika and chili flakes
Double bread the mozarella sticks and put in Air Fryer for 8 minutes in 200 celsius (=400 farenheit).
You can make a big patch of mozarella sticks in a freezer and take those out when ever needed. Remember to fry in small patches so that air can freely flow through mozarella sticks.
