Why would people bother disliking this? 🤔. About to buy an Air Fryer, living overseas and no oven in aparthotel. These recipes are a great help👍👍

I see all these comments I just bought my airfryer I was concerned, worried to use it etc. I've had mine 2+ years bought all the gadgets. I've only ever cooked freezer chips, pies and something else for my youngest I can't remember what it was now😅
I love cooking but didn't have time after becoming as a single Mum, working full-time & completing my law degree.
I thought an Airfryer will save me time🥴
I can honestly say your videos are amazing, user friendly.
But your voice and how you explain the steps calms the nerves & gives me confidence to get in and just do it.
    Thank you💕

So many items like these do not mention the temperature to set the air fryer on please don't assume the reader is aware of the temp, some people are very new to air frying. Just remember to give this info.

I own the Philips Air fryer HD9220 Viva since Fall 2016, it is the basic model with temperature and time dial, without any 'ditial fancy-ness', lol, just a "ring" when the timer is on zero. But I have to say that it was one of the best purchases I've made for my small household. This little air fryer is such a time saver, I also got the grill pan, the baking vessel with the handle, and the accessory with the 4 little skewers plus the rack. There is almost nothing that can't be done in it, the right preparation is the secret, and the size is simply perfect for 1-2 people. Though, I never thought about making little pizzas or croissants in it, since I am using also a lot my convection toaster oven. Haven't used the oven of my stove for more than 10 years because of these 2 little helpers. Thank you for your wonderful video, sometimes one needs just a little bit inspiration from somebody else.

Got my air fryer about two weeks ago. I must have watched at least 20 different people on TH-cam giving recipes. Oh my goodness! What a breath of fresh air you are. Quick recipes. Practical. Delicious looking! I'm looking forward to trying almost every one! I didn't think anyone could get me to try Kale chips again, but you made them sound yum. And the chick peas! It'd be great if that high protein snack could replace my chips, pretzels, popcorn. I could go on and on. The presentation was perfect! Loved the pace. Definitely subscribed!

    Hello from Australia.
I received a Kogan 6.2 l Air Fryer(AF) for fathers day yesterday and today I thought I would give it a try.
I decided to cook frozen French Fries from the supermarket and used the auto setting on the AF to cook them. What a disaster it was, burnt to a crisp. Unfortunately the instructions that come with the unit, and including the one you download from the web are useless to the point the recipes instructions don't even refer to the food named.
I am so glad to find something like this to help me correctly use it.

I don't know if mentioned before but when I want toasted nuts I just put in a dish (but make sure I put a small rack over the container to stop the nuts blowing around) and cook at 140 until they brown up. Usually takes about 5 mins or so but keep checking as you do not want to burn. Also if I have frozen bread rolls I just take out of freezer run under cold water tap....shake off excess...into the airfryer at about 145 or so and cook until defrosted and crispy. They come out like freshly baked.

@@KerryWhelpdale It would also be nice if you included American measurements. You go through the ounces so quickly for the biscuits (cupcakes) I missed them plus I have to look up a conversion chart to "Americanize" them. Sorry to be a pain.

Rather than telling us the automatic settings, would you please in future (always) say the temperature and cooking time? Mine should be arriving Friday - can't wait! Many thanks!

Yes to all the above ma’am. The Yorkshire’s come out lovely, though you’ll need to purchase the correct utensils to sit at the bottom of your AF. I’ve cooked a chicken crown, parsnips and Yorkshire’s which all cooked wonderfully. All the best.

Try cooking your bacon strips in there. Afterward, you can pour up the bacon grease to use for cooking (if you like). With the larger model, you can roast a whole small chicken or turkey breast (you may need to remove a bit of the bone so it won't be too close to the element). It bakes biscuits (or scones) with a nice crunchy exterior. It's wonderful for burgers, steaks, grilled cheese sandwiches and any number of things. I resisted buying one, but I'm so glad I did. You're right--always get a larger capacity model. It's much more versatile than the smaller version.
