Well done Maggie for loosing 10kg in a month. 😬 that is pure dedication. I have a few suggestions to help with the breakouts from having a new gym routine. The breakouts are being caused by friction from your apparel when the skin gets moistened with sweat and traps sloughed dead skin as well as moving your body causing friction against your clothes also causes the skin to inflame. It will help to wear loose clothing whilst working out. Also, some fabrics can cause some people irritation whilst it doesn’t cause irritation everyone so you can experiment with wearing cotton during workout instead of the usual fabrics workout clothes are made. You can wipe your skin with a wet flannel as soon as you complete your workout to remove sweat straightaway to avoid irritation if you don’t want to take a shower in the gym. Ideally wash your skin straight after a workout but if you dont like gyms showers or are working out outdoors then wipe sweat away as soon as you are done and wash with water as soon as you are able to. Also use a sponge that exfoliate that you can scrub your back with. After shower, moisturise. All these will help to reduce or stop the breakouts.

I’ve lost 15.1kg in total and I started on about 1400 calories and now I’m on about 2300 a day, lotsss of protein and water and I train 5-6 days a week weight lifting. I don’t really do much cardio.

Try using fat secret app. You input ur current weight and height and ur goal weight and also how active u normally are in a day. then it will tell u how many calories you can eat in a day. So when u want to have like breakfast, u input the meal into the breakfast section and then it tells u the calories in tht meal and how many calories u have left for d day. 😊. U can use it alongside the pacer app to count ur steps and track ur activity in a day, that way u r inspired to stay active in a day
