    Happy Valentine's Day lovelies around the world ❣️ I was really dreading this practice cause the first time I did years ago, it was really hard. It was hard as well today but the heat felt really nice and it made my brain quiet and my heart loud which is everything I could have wished for today. I also want to wish a happy birthday to my late grandma, Titis I love you so much and I'm always thinking of you. Take care everyone ❣️

    Blossom Day 5. couldn’t get out of bed and now here i am, nurturing my body and mind in the gentlest possible way. So proud of myself & everyone who made it to the mat today, especially those who struggle with their mental health and life challenges right now. WE got this 💖✨

    Blossom Day 5:
    A perfect start to my Saturday with this sweaty vinyasa flow. I love how Adriene builds into the flow, one transition at a time, on every iteration.
    What I reflected on during the practice is - Self love practice doesn't always have to be gentle and soothing. When your body takes you through the challenging practices or tough times in life, it is worth celebrating. It builds up self-confidence and esteem, which is an important part of self-love.
    I wish you all a good time on the mat and off it as well. Much love ♥️

    following February calendar 2023. This was another Wow. I had to pause. thank you for giving us the option to do that. I Do Wish I could go into a lunge without stumbling all over the place. Or having to adjust. I guess that will come with time. I hope so. 64 years young. I sometimes think Why am I doing this. Then I do it. In the privacy of my own home. In my moment. Breathing. Realising that is't as easy as you think when concentrating on the move. I did get my chunky knee up and that's when I reached the problem of the lunge. I don't have the height to do it. I may try it with blocks. I'm rambling. Sorry folks. Thank you Adrienne. This class was good. I am tingling all over. I squatted on my toes but did it even the stretch forward. Wow. Thank you. Namaste.

    That was a good yoga practice, but a hard one for me today as I'm not really feeling that well. But i stuck with the practice even when i felt like giving up. Thank you so much Adriene for giving me all these wonderful tools of yoga, and helping me to carry on even when its hard. See you again tomorrow for some more awesome yoga practices, Namaste. 🙏🧡

    I started yoga with Adriene 14 months ago, I was suffering with depression and anxiety. I have never looked back I love the sesssions with Adriene as she is so calming. I just feel in a better place, mentally and physically, my flexibility is amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH ADRIENE

    Here, I made it. Blossom day 5 despite flu recovery with body aches & pain, I made it to the mat, gave it my all, it's so beneficial, had a good stretch. I am loving this gentle flow practice at my own pace. Many thanx

    This video is pretty important to me. 2.5 months ago I've stumbled upon this video when searching for weightloss yoga because I was completely out of shape (100lbs overweight, so basically very obese) and wanted to get my life together searching here and there.
    I tried but couldn't get past 20 min. But I really enjoyed your teaching style so I looked up other ywa stuff and gave your first 30 days challenge a go. then joined the home series after completing that one. Now finishing the February calendar.
    I've been doing yoga everyday for the last 60 days and I'm 20 lbs lighter (probably lost lotsa water weight but hey) and a looot stronger. Completed this video,enjoyed it thoroughly and I'm so grateful I found this channel 2.5 months ago. 😊

      @@amydelprete1820 thank you 😊 I’m now down 100 lbs and at a normal weight (for the first time in my life). Yoga and mindfulness (mindful eating, not staying in my own head nonstop) have been key to my success.

    This is one of my all time favourites and today was a good day for me. I felt better than I have for a long time and happily jumped on the mat. I did have to listen to my body though and 20 minutes was enough for me. I feel energised by that 20 minutes and didn't want to push further to feel tired and worn out again.     Here 2ce Feb Align Day 07:02:23✅👌🏾💕💫💫. I am placing this on my yoga 🌟favourite p.list... will practice more often,👌🏾🧘🏾‍♀️ beautiful transitional lunges and my core muscles well activated & yes! No yoga robots here!😄🤣 I almost skipped today's after a heavy foggy morning walk but this up connecting session or yoga workout really made me feel better for a late start to the day...take care out there during this UK fog and 🙏🏾🙏🏾sincere prayers to countries affected by the earthquake.. have a good tuesday all 🌎💗 c u 2moro.🙏🏾💛💛

    blossom, day 5! i'm committed to myself. january was HARD, altought I was very excited to do the MOVE calendar, I didnt' finished. problably for lack of disciplene and love for myself. but it's new month and everyday is good day for love and fresh starts!     When things get hard , complicated and repetitive I get so annoyed,angry etc 😞As Adriene says unfortunately I do this off the mat as well.Thank God I keep practicing with BLOSSOM.Things get better I know that.Thank you Adriene you are truly helping me 🌈🙏🏻❤️

    On the 22nd i got my wisdom teeth taken out and as they were trying to give me my IV my vain rolled and the doctor missed and that was honestly the thing i was most scared of because i hate needles and the nurse just looks at me and says "its ok sweetie deep breaths" and i was joking around and i said "yoga breaths?" and she looks at me and says "yeah! do you do yoga? have you heard of yoga with Adriene on youtube?" to which i replied "Oh my god i LOVE her she is my favvo...." and passed out! so thank you very much for getting me through that! :)

    ALIGN 🌟 | February 8, 2023 | The Align calendar is bringing the heat! But it was just right as I came to the mat kind of cold and now I'm not so cold anymore 😅 I still love the rhythm of this practice and how it builds slowly but surely with restorative moments built in. 🙏

    I was postponing it for later in the day. It was so much needed. The heat of this practice is healing everything from the inside. There is no such a thing as timing. I have done this practice a lot of times but today felt so much different like I was fighting something within me. Thank you to everyone showing up. Can't wait for tomorrow's self love practice 🙏💗

    blossom day 5 (inspired by seeing the format of another user here!): came to practice quite late in the day. my mind was troubled by some recent events that transpired today, and I felt very complicated emotions towards myself, the situation, and the people around me. I may just have been overthinking, but I wanted to be embraced and validated, emotionally. with this practice, I have returned to checking in with my breath and felt my legs and core tremble by the end of the practice. what a gift it is that I have taken this time to pay attention to and push myself in spite of my suffering. I feel more at ease now and will proceed to meditate. we are so much more than our mistakes and our successes. namaste. 🙏

      Sally, 🤗 thank you for asking 🙏🏻 I am so missing everyone too 🧘🏼‍♀️ I have a tendon damage to my shoulder and needing physio, so only somegentle yoga for now. I was so sad to miss January’s MOVE, the first time I’ve missed a 30 Days of Yoga which is always amazing. I think it will be a while before I’ll follow the calendar but I’m always checking in with my YWA 🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀️💕

    🌞 Time for the garden work. Some tuning to do with side poses, breathing is getting to flow. I have eased a little bit and I go down from plank lowering my knees first. I have some neck pain, so I am trying if easing out would have any healing effect on my neck. Leaves are popping out, Spring is definately here🌱🌷🦢🦢FLOW Day 18 Namaste🙏💚

    Although the practice was quite long with a lot of planks and vinyasas, I enjoyed it much and didn't feel the time and it passed quickly because I guess I had more focus on breathing and there was no distraction or preoccupation! Love❤

    Hi everyone ☺️ so I'm continuing on from January and not missed a day so far ! Yay go me 🤣🤣 but after a long 12h shift I came home to see the length of today's practice! I wasn't sure I would be able to do it, but I got on the mat, closed my eyes and listened to your beautiful soothing voice Adriene, and eventhough my wrists are still fussy at times I did it and with each breath I felt stronger, in control! I loved it 😍 ❤️ yay so happy with myself 🤣😁 see you tomorrow ❤️

    For some years I ve been practicing with YWA in different frequencies. This year I felt more calm in the discipline of the 30 day challenge. Some times missing a day and other days catching up. I started to read more comments. Today with this practice when Adrienne talked about connecting to our roots, suddenly a mantra popped up: "I choose to... be connected." It came so spontaneously and fits so well with how I feel. Thank you Adrienne and the community for always beeing there.

    Align Day 8! I've come down with an awful cold so only managed 9 minutes of practice before I had to call it quits, but still happy I rolled out my mat. Going to sit and meditate for 10 minutes now instead

    I’ve been doing daily practice for just over a month & am finding everything is moving more easily & I no longer dread Downward Dogs ❤😂. My yoga session is one of my highlights of each day, along with walking the 🐕!

    Delicious practice Adrienne! I’m so grateful for these home yoga workouts. As a LMT for 20 years (I am 61) and have been a lifelong exerciser and have had the tendency to think, if I didn’t sweat 😓 and beat my body into submission, I wasn’t getting a good workout, but after a year of back pain/neck and arm pain and lots of therapy I am back to walking, exercising and of course Yoga 🧘‍♂️. Started with Yin and gradually moved into your videos. I now choose them more often and I feel awesome 😎

    I am proud of myself today.
    I chose this video randomly. Then saw the 'weight loss' title and assumed it would be tiring and I woudnt be able to do it. But I made myself give it a go and am so happy to say I made it through the entire video. Yup I was exhausted by the end, but I tried my best and feel awesome about it, especially because I'm overweight and haven't done yoga in nearly a month.
    You did, do and will always have my trust Adriene. Thank you for being my support and in aiding us through our journeys to better selves ❤️

    8/28 Align, February 2023✅ I generally don't lile flows. For me they are to fast as I am not in such a good shape at the moment. But after 38 days in a row I feel much more confident in managing a flow practice. 💪 I am stronger. 🤍Namaste. 🧘‍♀️

    I am thoroughly enjoying this May's Flow challenge! I think I'm finding what I enjoy most about Yoga, and it's definitely flow. I enjoy all the other iterations, but I think Flow really makes my brain and my body the most happy! Thank you for May 2022's focus!!

    Blossom Day 5: Today felt like another milestone for me. I surprised myself by being able to lift that back leg up into a lunge from the twist. My brain told me I’d need to steady myself with a hand down but I did not. I’m seeing myself blossom with progress! As much as I am grateful for Move, it felt really difficult and I might have been a little stressed about it. Blossom so far has just felt right, like lots of self love.

    As this is one of my all time favourites and today is the first time in a long time I have been relatively pain free, I decided to really wring every tiny bit out of this that I could. So I lit some candles, turned off the lights, opened the windows for the cool breeze and the delicious scent of freshness with the sound of the rain and just flowed 🥰 Last time I did this I remarked on how much stronger I felt, this time I was acutely aware of the loss of strength and fitness due to illness. However, that loss is only physical - mentally I am strong and ready to fight 💪

    I'm 60 and overcoming years of arthritis because of Lupus, currently in remission. When I started yoga with Adrienne almost two years ago I was in the midst of almost a whole year of ongoing PT because of tendinitis on my Achilles tendon, an extremely painful case of plantar fascitis, and a shoulder that was weak and constantly getting dislocated. I quit the PT and dedicated myself to yoga. Today as I finished this class I realized that all of those previous problems are GONE! Adriene's classes, gently, with so much love, and very appreciated sense of humor, helped me in my healing journey. I can do balance poses on my left foot, which previously would be unthinkable, and I just realized that I haven't thought about my shoulder in months. My whole body is stronger and resilient. And I promise that by the pure power of downward dog, I'm in my 60's but i'm not afraid to wave goodbye with short sleeves! LOL Thank you Adriene!!

    this was such a nice practice for the morning of my 15th birthday. although my space isn’t the most peaceful, i focused on my breath and didn’t let those distractions get to me. thank you for this practice adriene. namaste ❤️

    Honor Day 11! Day 69 of return to YWA. I have to admit it was one of those days lacking motivation and the ability to find what feels good. I spent the first half of this video negotiating. Perhaps I would do this is stages. Pause the video and stop for a little while.
    I didn't. I just kept telling myself that yeah, I can do that. Take little breaks. Keep my daily practice going. Well, I didn't. I hit the midpoint and most of the feeling blah lifted. Not all but sufficiently to move beyond the tendency to want to do nothing. I finished it in one go and then fell asleep for about half an hour on my mat. Thank you Adriene! 💜

    This is one of my favorite videos of yours, Adrienne! I've been doing it for about 4 years now. At first is was very difficult for me and I was loudly adding my "Hallelujah" when "raining down my arms" but now I can break out into a big smile as I get through that part.
