The volume of One cup varies from state to state. But the cup she used is similar to mine which uses the Australian/New Zealand standard in which one cup is 250ml (half of our 50cl sachet water in Nigeria). One third cup therefore will be 250ml÷3= 83ml approximately One tbsp is 15ml. So one third cup should be 83÷15 = 5.5 approximately ie 5½ tbsp For more accurate measurements I suggest you use measuring spoons rather than the spoons for eating at home. I hope this helps

This recipe is for all season
When you add egg white it's no more Fondant, it's now Gum paste. It will surely melt during raining season... Fondant doesn't need egg white..
