Icing Sugar 1500kg = 500g x 2 = 1000kg Water: 1/2 cup = 39.3ml x 2 = 79ml (1/3 cup) Gelatin: 11/2 tbsp = 1/2 tbsp x 2 = 1tbsp Glucose: 1/2 cup = 39.9ml x 2 = 79ml (1/3 cup) Add additional water if the need arise using a tbsp or add additional icing if it is too soft.

We don’t place our fondant cakes in the fridge. We cover and leave it on the table counter top.

You can add it to the liquid for easy blending or after you make your fondant. Just ensure you use GEL FOOD COLORS

How then would she double the recipe to get 2kg
First divide the ingredients by 3, so we now have 500g of Icing Sugar, then multiply by 4, now we have 2kg (2000g).
