Egg white Fondant

Recipe
1000g icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
3 teaspoon CMC ( carboxymethylcelullose)
2 egg whites
2 tablespoon of glucose
2 tablespoon of water
Some extra icing sugar set aside for later use.
