Your money goes so far in SE Asia! We love travelling through that area because there are so many amazing places to see and it's so affordable. What we really liked about the food in Vietnam was that every region has its own specialty and every dish we had was so fresh and delicious!

It is nice to save money, but I hope you tip well to help the economy overseas.
I know it would still be pretty cheap, but it would be really nice to cover the plane expenses into your budget as it is the most expensive part of the trips and the most important part of it.
