    Good food is the primary source and important, however other things play a big role as well.
    Those actors/celebrities have a lot of motivation, and their whole energy (each cell of the body) works toward that goal. They stay younger because they are bound to stay young due to their work/career.
    If you are not happy, excited, and passionate about your goals, the food itself is not going to work, I believe.

    While Youth Restora Tea is a decent beverage overall, I can't say that it's lived up to all the hype for me. The taste is pleasant enough, but I haven't noticed any significant improvements in my skin or energy levels since incorporating it into my routine.     Videos is really informative and authentic.
    Adding to that I think spinach are more rich in vitamin K as compared to papaya.
    And green tea me catechin paaya jaata hai jo. Myostatin(ageing protein, less the myostatin myostatin younger you look) ko suppress karta hai I think green tea pe ek video aapne kaafi saal pehle banaya tha jisme aapne myostatin ke baare mei kaha tha will you mind on sharing the link.
