Room mai fan band karke workout karta tha jisse pushup karte vakt headache hone lagta tha. Fir maine fan use karna shuru kar diya aur meri workout quality bhaut jyada improve ho gyi. Mera headache nhi hota, mai thoda kam thakta hu, jaldi recover hota hu aur water bhi jyada kam nhi hota body mai toh try karo ki enviornment bhi accha ho.

I left fast food for 3 months , eat good carbs. Look, diet makes 60-70% body And working out helps about 30%-40% About exercise- First I bought 1 set of dumbbell (6 kg) though heavy for a beginner.Dumbell fly, dumbell press and push-ups( all types) these are for chest. For biceps, bicep curls, hammer curls, and after that when these exercises became easy for me, I made several variations in them (like holding the dumbells in the middle making an angle of 90 degrees btw radius and humerus) At last listen, I was disciplined every day, so I want you to be disciplined. Take good sleep. Now I joined the gym, and now my weight is 70 kg So I recommend just eat calories in surplus and exercise at evening( btw 4-8) As at this time your body will have high testosterone level. Look I am a medical student so learn about muscles and the other needs about the muscle so may be this would have helped me. If you receive your results late don’t feel demotivated everyone has different body type. Maybe you will show great results in less time. Sir, I'm a fitness enthusiast since childhood...bt due to my profession, all my physique has been perished. I'm a Civil site Engineer and most of my time is spent at site... even there are days we r standing for whole 2 nights in Casting of various structures...this is my nature of job. Since lockdown I've gained a pretty amount of stubborn fat. Plz suggest something so that i can atleast loose fat without excercise as it's impossible to find gyms or get time for freehand in such sites in remote areas and aslo for my busy schedule.
Sir is it ok to workout with a poor posture ? I used to do basic pull-ups and push-ups since last 2-3 years. And I am also following a home workout app(calisthenics) since 1 year(but no consistently). And When I was a beginner(Which I still am but it is 3 years since I started), I was around 15yrs. old and at that time I was unaware about proper diet and FULL Body Workout so I just trained my Arms, Abs, (Upper body except back) by Body Weight. Currently I m 17 and I think that it has left my 'Back' and 'Legs' weak. And I guess I got a poor posture due to it(and also due to long sitting hours as a student). I have again started my Body-Weight workout since last 2 days and will make it consistent. So I was and still am very confused about it that - Can I do Body-weight with a slight unhealthy posture ? and if Yes then what to do to make my back and legs stronger....I got aware later so currently I am doing full body(different parts on diff. days) and also taking a proper diet to increase weight(as I am 46kgs. currently) and I also have visible bisceps due to my workout which I did earlier. Sir, I hope you will surely address my query, I am unable to get any proper guidance as I am a student and can't join gym as a student. So it will be very helpful to get your reply. Ok so according to me as you have started again first of all all the best and just be consistent. 1) start your body weight workout without any worry. 2)for your body posture make sure to warmup your body before workout and stretch after workout(do some cat stretch) 3) do some squats ,lunges, jumping squat for legs and for back do some pull up and you can work your back with towels too. 4) if you want full body workout routine you can checkout my channel i have uploaded bodyweight home workout series so you can use that. I'm a Civil site Engineer and most of my time is spent at site... even there are days we r standing for whole 2 nights in Casting of various structures...this is my nature of job. Since lockdown I've gained a pretty amount of stubborn fat.
Plz suggest something so that i can atleast loose fat without excercise as it's impossible to find gyms or get time for freehand in such sites in remote areas and aslo for my busy schedule.

Sir is it ok to workout with a poor posture ? I used to do basic pull-ups and push-ups since last 2-3 years. And I am also following a home workout app(calisthenics) since 1 year(but no consistently). And When I was a beginner(Which I still am but it is 3 years since I started), I was around 15yrs. old and at that time I was unaware about proper diet and FULL Body Workout so I just trained my Arms, Abs, (Upper body except back) by Body Weight. Currently I m 17 and I think that it has left my 'Back' and 'Legs' weak. And I guess I got a poor posture due to it(and also due to long sitting hours as a student). I have again started my Body-Weight workout since last 2 days and will make it consistent. So I was and still am very confused about it that - Can I do Body-weight with a slight unhealthy posture ? and if Yes then what to do to make my back and legs stronger....I got aware later so currently I am doing full body(different parts on diff. days) and also taking a proper diet to increase weight(as I am 46kgs. currently) and I also have visible bisceps due to my workout which I did earlier. Sir, I hope you will surely address my query, I am unable to get any proper guidance as I am a student and can't join gym as a student. So it will be very helpful to get your reply. Ok so according to me as you have started again first of all all the best and just be consistent.
1) start your body weight workout without any worry.
2)for your body posture make sure to warmup your body before workout and stretch after workout(do some cat stretch)
3) do some squats ,lunges, jumping squat for legs and for back do some pull up and you can work your back with towels too.
4) if you want full body workout routine you can checkout my channel i have uploaded bodyweight home workout series so you can use that.
