i have been doing a lot of cardio and walking running i didnt enjoy any of it i wasnt losing weight either but then i brought my first pair of dumbells and i started ur video progressing from 30 to 45 to 1 hour . its only been 2 weeks but the change it has brought is amazing my mom dad keep complimenting me my dresses have started to fit . im so happy i found u and ur page its the best thing that has happened to me

I’m brand new to weight lifting so I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. I found this video a couple weeks ago and this is the 5th time I followed along with my smallest weights of 10bs in each hand and dang!! This kicks my butt every time! Talk about sweat! Sweat everywhere!!! Loved this video so much!! Thanks for helping me whip my booty into shape!!

My first full workout after months of non-stop sitting at my desk studying. This was definitely a HUGE challenge... not gonna lie, I stopped half way through thinking that was all I could take and then after two minutes forced myself to get through the rest. I told myself I was gonna stop after the second circuit bc I couldn’t do anymore not knowing it was only 3. When I realized I only had one more I pushed through 💪. I’m so proud of myself. It was hard for me but I completed it ✅
Been doing this work out for about 3 weeks. First week I could only do the first circuit. Second week I could do 2 circuits. Today I did all three. Not perfectly. But I’m falling in love with this day by day
First time getting back into workouts. I had health issues and gained alot of weight. Trying to get fit. This was challenging. Omg. I thought I was gonna cry 😂😂but I got to the end. Hopefully I can do it again and get better at it.
Loved this workout. I wish you had more 30 minute workouts. I can't imagine doing longer ones yet bc with 30 minutes I feel like I am going to die. Thank you for keeping us active.
Amazing workout. I alternated between 5-7.5 lb dumbbells and it kicked my butt. I'm sweating bullets as I'm typing this, almost wanted to give up but I pushed through. I also appreciated that she went straight to the workout without blabbing nonsense.
Ok ... Im about to do this workout! Im excited because I have been resting for a week after injuring my knee but my constant quest for fitness is a love hate relationship I CANNOT live without. Ill let y'all know how it goes! :-)

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT SO MUCH! this is my fav arm workout on youtube. I've done this every other day followed with 20 min yoga and i got to my goal weight again of 105! I lot 7 lbs simply doing arms for about 2 months, in love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved it, great to have something different to my usual body weight and hiit cardio workouts. I like how all the exercises are simple to follow but effective. Can't do those press up thingys just yet though, got to work on my balance!
I did this work on Tuesday for the first time and the first time using 7.5lbs dumbbells. I normally just 2.5 for my daily stuff. And let me tell you I am still sore from this and it’s now Friday. I’m excited to keep doing it but it won’t be an everyday thing until I work up to it. I’ll be doing yoga for the recovery time.

I absolutely loved that workout! The pushups with the dumbbells were my toughest. I'm 100% team workout with weights! I'm sweating like I did an hour workout! I love that you go right into it! I went from working out 4-5 days a week to twice or once a week and I've now gained weight and I'm feeling out of shape. So I'm on day 2 of working to get back into shape but get toned and ripped while at it! Thank you Penny 😊!

I should! I always worry about people getting bored but I haven’t done one like this for ages. Have you tried my recent strength and cardio? It’s 3 sets but with a descending time scheme.

Penny, I just found your videos. Loved this workout. I’m trying to focus on weight loss of about 5 lbs with weights more then cardio. I’m recovering from a fall that caused me a concussion 2 weeks ago and my foot still recovering. I modified three of the exercises as I couldn’t bare weight on my right foot/toes. Loved ❤️ it !!

I am very cautious with lunges. I usually stick to back lunges vs front as the front is much harder on the knees. If u have knee pain perhaps try stepping backward vs frontward and step out a bit further than you normally would to take pressure off the knee. Also u can shorten the range of motion and not go down so far.l. A few things tontry😉

Omg this is great I usually just do cardio at the gym and a couple machines but I did this one for the first time today with 5lb weights and I sweated so much and deffentlly felt a burn thanks penny!

This was a great quick workout . Good for someone just returning to exercising. I did the workout with 3 and 5kg weights.

I am very cautious with lunges. I usually stick to back lunges vs front as the front is much harder on the knees. If u have knee pain perhaps try stepping backward vs frontward and step out a bit further than you normally would to take pressure off the knee. Also u can shorten the range of motion and not go down so far.l. A few things tontry😉
Same but I tried my best as long as your moving lol
I don’t like front lunges either - knee issues. So I do backward lunges instead.

I bought a pair of 4kg bumbbells, as I am unable to go to the gym and needed to tone my arms during lockdown.This workout was intense and I broke out into a sweat! Thanks for making this, will definitely come back to this video again.

Omg this is great I usually just do cardio at the gym and a couple machines but I did this one for the first time today with 5lb weights and I sweated so much and deffentlly felt a burn thanks penny!
