Wow definitely felt the burn, especially in the hollow hold chest press whoever devised that move 💥💥💥💥💥 're your question anything that Involves getting up and down from the floor or stepping up on a box I generally change to a 'bouncy ' squat as my knees are ok with squats 👍 HUGE thanks Penny 🙋🙏💐
Penny, what do you suggest for alternatives to both front and reverse lunges? I've got a toe that doesn't want to bend right and knees that scream for a couple days after lunges. It would be great to have a modification for your other workouts. Please help!!
