The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
I have hit 50 and my body can’t do all the high impact exercise it has for decades so I’m shifting to more strength based workouts and your content is so amazingly good. Thank you Penny!

But for me, I have several injuries, including severe degenerative disk disease so I cannot do high impact moves. However, I can do some isometric and plyometric exercises. I have to get creative and use modification exercises. I hear a lot of professional trainers say as we get older we should focus more on strength training. I assume this is because as we age we loose muscle. And with HIIT training (using weights) I can still get a very good workout, including cardio. My doctor told me to do HIIT training workouts. I do HIIT 2x to 3x a week and weight train 2x a week. I'm slimming down and my muscles are more sculpted. And my back feels much better. I appreciate your channel and other TH-cam channels for brining us good exercise video and valuable information. Kudos to you all. 🙏

But I had to Modify some of the Exercises like the Lunges I did Modified Ones instead and I couldn't go as fast as You because I'm very new to fast Arm Workouts but I still did it all!
