    Ingredients:-
    For the Kebabs:-
    400 gms. Mutton keema (washed and drained)
    150 gms. Onions, chopped
    2 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic-Green chilli, crushed
    1 Egg
    1 tsp. Red chilli powder
    1 tsp. Cumin powder
    1 tsp. Garam masala powder
    5 tbsp. Bread crumbs
    3 tbsp. Dill leaves
    3 tbsp. Coriander leaves
    Salt, to taste
    Oil for frying
    For the Red Chutney:-
    2 whole dried red chillies
    2 tbsp. Tamarind pulp / Lemon juice
    2 cloves of Garlic
    ½ tsp. Cumin seeds
    ¼ cup Water
    Salt, to taste
    For the Assembly and Serving:-
    6 Pav
    ½ cup Onion rings
    ½ bunch of Mint leaves
    Chaat masala
    Method:-
    In a large bowl add the mutton mince, onions, ginger-garlic-green chilli crush, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, dill leaves, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and mix thoroughly.
    Let this mixture rest in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
    Grind the red chutney ingredients to a watery paste in a grinder and then strain it through a sieve.
    Make tiny lemon-sized balls of the kebab mixture.
    In a kadhai heat, oil and deep fry these kebabs until golden brown OR bake them at 200°C for 30 minutes.
    Slit the pavs and apply the red chutney inside it.
    Stuff the kebabs in the pav followed by chaat masala, sliced onion rings and mint sprigs.
    Mouth-watering Mumbai Street Style Kebab Pav is ready to serve!
