Paste for Kebab Mixture
300 gms Mutton Mince
2-inch Ginger (chopped)
1/4 cup Garlic (deskinned)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/4 Raw Papaya (chopped)
Preparation of Kebab Mixture
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Salt (as required)
For Frying
Oil

I tried this recipe yesterday but the mince didn’t hold shape…it got separated even though I followed the exact same recipe. I guess adding an egg or bread slice only would help the kebab hold shape.

As far as I think, it can be done wid chicken mince as well... in that case u have to avoid the raw papaya coz a tenderizer is not required in chicken mince.
