my dearest this is absolutely not fully accurate or authentic. no where in chapli is coriander leaves or ajwain or black cardamom added . we dont roast masalas either. i am sure they taste great but please don't misguide :) Ranveer sir is a great chef but this one misses the authenticity mark. you'll see ton of shops from peshawar/mardan showing their own recipes on youtube and u can see.

Hello chef. I am from Karachi. I used same recipe for making chapli kabab but instead of boiled egg I used scrambled egg, so it fulfilled both requirements first egg white with ghee used to fry scrambled egg.
