    15 mins after breakfast and if you take a multi vitamin everyday maybe only use Green Vibrance 3x a week after using for a week or two.

    How to prevent gas? I become a fart machine afterwards, fully loaded

      You probably can't take this supplement. I eat zero sugars and many vegetables and even fruit cause me discomfort unfortunately
