Hello Erika. Have you ever had your Vitamin D level measured? If not, doing this would be a very good idea. Most people have low-very low levels of Vitamin D and need to increase their levels by way of natural sunshine and/or supplementation. This and NAC are absolutely two of the most important things to do for long Covid. Good luck!@@Erikacarriel1982
I’ve taken this for a few years. Regarding the removal from Amazon this had to do with threats from the FDA because it was recommended by doctors for covid. However, our overlords thought this would cause “vaccine hesitancy” because at the time Fauci was pushing vaccines and thought therapeutics would reduce vaccination.
Yes, so "big picture" correct. Pre-planned denial of most all real treatment for covid with active ongoing suppression on a case by case basis. When the pro- NAC study was published on a preprint server the fda "suppression" letters were sent out. "government" Depraved-heart mass murder.
Yep! I had a big stash of NAC during coivd, in case I could not acquire it. We cruised through Rona. I believe because we had prepared our bodies to respond at maximum level.
@@K_DZ236 shows there was No reason other than the suppression of any and all actual safe and effective treatments for covid, to insure "vaccine" uptake, with that achomplished it is back on sale at amazon
I started on NAC to see if it would help my MCAS and I can't believe the difference! I'm literally in shock at how well it works. I was simply masking symptoms but was still quite sick and disabled by my overactive mast cells. I have only been on it for a month but I definitely see improvements.
That is wonderful to hear! Do you have to follow a restricted diet? I do not have MCAS, but I do have histamine intolerance. How much do you take (and what time of the day). Do you have any gut symptoms or constipation? I tried NAC a few years ago and it seemed to constipate me, but I still have my bottle of capsules and your comment makes me want to try it again.
@@bartginger123 Yes, I grow all my own food or source "clean" foods and I only eat a handful of things that are safe for me. Low histamine, no dairy and freshly cooked (no leftovers, no slow cooker). I also supplement with quercetin, a diy antihistamine made with baking soda/potassium carbonate, low dose aspirin and I use methylfolate as needed because of the MTHFR mutation. I also have some mutations relating to vitD and histamine which all together seem to create the MCAS situation. My son also has these same mutations and is on a similar diet/supplementation and it works great for us both. Adding the NAC and methylfolate made the biggest difference so far, but it's easy to overdo it on the methylfolate so I use it sparingly. I'm going to try adding glycine next because I just watched about how well it works with NAC, too. Good luck, it was very debilitating for me and now I feel about 80% better!!
I have suspected Mcas but also histamine intolerance, i so want to take NAC for clearing mucus from my lungs but I can’t seem to tolerate it 😕 I think it’s to do with the histamine…?

I have a breakthrough glutathione that has never been achieved before. It is delivered with a proprietary nano delivery system (under 10nm, our cell size is 100nm) this is huge, in ultra pure water to protect the fragile glutahione under the tongue, and gets into the cell within 70 sec!! Not sure if this is the same thing (and I hope so!) but I buy "advanced glutathione oral drops" which you have under the tongue - it's from a company called PLUSHY. It's touted to improve hair, skin and nails lol... poor advertising but sounded good to me. One dose gives you 1000mg. I then also take 600mg NAC twice a day.
Vitacost had it much of the time and Life Extension always sold it throughout the pandemic, but their prices doubled to gouge customers afraid of losing out!
I take it daily since c19 and it's been very effective with any lung related issue. The FLCCC doc recommended this with vitamin d,c as well as quercetin and zinc.
Yes! The FLCCC is great, they were trying to save lives not make money during covid like the useless treatments with remdesivir. Dr. Paul Marrik also does amazing work with IVC in thiaminin conjunction with hydrocortisone to lower the death rates of sepsis from like 40 something percent. Although a study was done and which they sabotaged itb not administering the protocol into the people in septic shock for over 20 hours. Not sure if you're going to read this. I took anti acid medicine for two years. It shut down my gallbladder, pancreas and liver. Coffee enemas was the last part of my healing. Bile flow started to normalize in my healing. CEs was vitally important in my case.
Man, so many questions here. What is the purpose of coffee enemas? Just to get large amounts of caffeine into the body quickly? What is believed to be the active ingredients/function? Do you need a specific kind/roast of coffee? Can it be instant or drip or cold brew? This, having done some googling, seems to have quite a bit of woo attached to it...?
Coffee enemas were used by the old holistic docs to deeply cleanse & detox the body, helps all diseases but especially cancer. My co teacher has autoimmune & swears by them. I haven’t gone there yet but have researched enough, not on Google, to realize how beneficial they are. Look up Gerson therapy.

Thanks for this. Yup, I've been taking NAC since 2019. Do note though, that it has been shown to be antagonistic to Ivermectin. So if you're taking IVM, just hold off taking NAC, 2 to 3 days on either side of the day you plan to take IVM.
@darlatobin2240 I heard about this a long time ago. Subsequent to that, I never heard anyone else say anything to the contrary. Like I said, I myself knock off the NAC about 3 days on either side of the actual day I take my 30mg IVM dose.
Could we take selenium and the other supplements you mentioned together or should we take that separately witj some time distance? How I find my maxim dosage? I am 60 kg weight.. Thank you so much 🙏
Informative video. Why are folks taking supplements? Is it a response to some physical deficiency? Or is a response to those who sell the supplements by marketing their benefits? If the first, where is the evidence for the deficiency and how is that deficiency measured? If the second, is there harm ingesting supplements that the body does not need?
Hey, the one thing I never hear about on these “non-medical” recommendations is what about the side effects. What’s the long term repercussions for taking this and at what dose?
I tried this and my body stank like bad eggs for weeks.... i was told this was called "die-off" as old cells die and are transported out of body. The smell was too much. I stopped it and gave up. Any tips or comments about that to help doc? Thankyou!
Are you recommending taking both the "Glutathione Recycler" AND the "Turmero" or do you take one or the other? Wasn't sure? Thanks a lot for the info!!
There has been interesting research suggesting that depression may be related to inflammation in the brain. If that's correct then I wonder if NAC's role in aiding depression/anxiety etc might be in raising brain levels of Glutathione and thus helping to reduce brain inflammation? Does this sound plausible? Are there any studies that have been done or are being done in this area?

Sometimes out of the blue I get these pins and needles inside my head, they feel like someone is using an ice pick inside my brain, although I know that supposedly they say brain matter has no pain, but I sure feel my brain hurts. Sometimes I get these head aches that start from the top back of my head and travel back of my neck to my collar and shoulders. I tell you, I've been suffering a living hell. I know that this will pass soon. Hopefully I can get rid of this.
Good luck!@@Erikacarriel1982
great for mold which is 99% of the allergies, bronchitis etc. Check your home, work, gym, etc.
Doc, it really seems to me tht you care for your Patients. Thank you!
Thank you for all the hard work you put in to bring us knowledge!👍
I recently ordered it from Amazon without a problem.
@@K_DZ236 shows there was No reason other than the suppression of any and all actual safe and effective treatments for covid, to insure "vaccine" uptake, with that achomplished it is back on sale at amazon
@@K_DZ236 Amazon changed their mind and restocked them again recently. It wasn’t available for about 2 years.
NAC is critically important in any liver detox product. Great conversation.
You should notify at each end of your videos that good physical activity and a balanced diet are very important
NAC is also really helpful for those with COPD.
@@cherylwilliams4245 Can you look at the back of your NAC bottle and tell me the ingredient list? Sometimes it's the additional ingredients that cause the problem.
@@cherylwilliams4245 Could it be a filler or additive? I have to use pure clean formulas with nothing added and then stuff works great. It's part of the problem with MCAS we are often triggered by everything except the main ingredient and sometimes even that gets us!
As an RN I have never seen anything like it. I would love to speak with you about it!!
Love your content and page!
God bless you, Sharla Land
Is it available in the market? What's the brand name
Where can I find it?
Not sure if this is the same thing (and I hope so!) but I buy "advanced glutathione oral drops" which you have under the tongue - it's from a company called PLUSHY. It's touted to improve hair, skin and nails lol... poor advertising but sounded good to me. One dose gives you 1000mg. I then also take 600mg NAC twice a day.
@@ingriddellejacobson8475are you getting good results with the oral glutathione?
Amazon recently started selling NAC again, but they need to catch a lot more crap for blocking it for nearly 3 years.
Vitacost had it much of the time and Life Extension always sold it throughout the pandemic, but their prices doubled to gouge customers afraid of losing out!
don't be fooled.....they started selling it again and it is likely contaminated as punishment. Go RIGHT to the company .....STOP WITH THE AMAZON!
And they diluted the IVC and left out the Thiamine in the "carefully controlled study"
When do you take it , morning or evening.?

Thank you Dr Sung, I’m so grateful for your videos showing up.
I just ordered from Amazon NACET -NAC ETHYL ESTER, has molybdenum 50mcg, glyceine 525mg, L selenomethionine 25mg, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine Ethyl Ester.
Hopefully this supplement will meet the criteria of GlyNac supplement mentioned in your video.
I’m glad I subscribed to your videos, I’m learning so much about nutrition. ❤
I started on a trans-dermal Glutathione spray(GlutaRXL)approx two months ago. Positive changes in every aspect of health and wellness
Has helped with skin at all
@Lisa Gardner Yes it does. Totally reccomend
Thank you for putting these videos together. I've been taking NAC with Omega 3 krill oil for about 18 months, but thanks to this I have learned that exercise also helps enhance Glutathione so now I need to add that to my regular regiment (instead of occasionally).
Look for the anti aging study combining NAC and glycine. Absolutely increases glutathione levels.

I did not know about cordyceps and NAC. Thanks Doc!
No thanks Cordyceps had weight gain from estrogen content of it
I love this doctor’s videos. I believe NAC is helping with my sleep issues. 🎯
Thanks Doc. Been aware for 2 years so far healthy!

You are so welcome!
Our functional doctor suggested this for long covid and voila! Not only that, but it's great for me with multiple sclerosis!
I quit drinking
Started taking NAC AND ASHAGAWNDA in the morning
Animal organ tablets, creatine and fish oils at lunch
Then protein shake with d3 and k12, Mtc oil.
I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE.
My head is clear, my adhd has completely calmed down, and honestly my testosterone is through the fkinng roof.

there are 2 types of k2 mk4 and mk 7 one is for bone one is for brain. i take both with mct oil and D3, i also take nac, nmn, nad, coq10, berberine, fermented wheat germ, tumeric, zinc, biotin, fadogia agrestis, aswashgda tonkat ali, horsetail. i barely take each supplement twice or 3 times a week at the lowest recommended doses. i like to skip a day or two. my worse supplement i take is resveratrol it really makes me feel weird and i only take it once a week.
Hi, just out of interest how old are you? Also try taking fermented skate or cod liver oil instead as fish oils are toxic.

how did youtube know that I was talking with my daughter about NAC, to show this video in my feed is the bigger question. somehow they are LISTENING IN now????????
Yes they are
Great video doc, concise, thorough and well informed, well done, thanks!
Thank you so much! I just wasted money buying glutathione and found out from your video. It's pointless because it won't get through my gut. Thank you for helping me not waste any more money!
I use glutathione with out NAC. IT got rid of pain from vaccinations and pain from ATN type 2 - incurable, rare brain disease. You might want to try it. It has a lot less side effects.
Look for the anti aging study utilizing NAC and glycine to boost glutathione levels.
Thank you Dr! NAC has become one of my foundation supplements.
How has it helped you?
Information presented with clarity. Well done. Thank you.
Not sure if you're going to read this. I took anti acid medicine for two years. It shut down my gallbladder, pancreas and liver. Coffee enemas was the last part of my healing. Bile flow started to normalize in my healing. CEs was vitally important in my case.
I love coffee enemas and try to do them 3-4 times a month. Everyone thinks I'm crazy but they're the ones on who knows how many meds, not me 😁
Man, so many questions here.
Try Tudca will make bile flow. Great for detoxing liver. Easier than enema.😅

When saying NAC in combination with sulphur containing foods. Would it help if we took an MSM supplement along with NAC to boost our sulphur? Then also add glycine and selenium.
I read some context about NAC would accerlate tumor growth: "NAC antioxidant supplements promote tumor formation and growth and confer drug resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma by reducing intracellular ROS and induction of TMBIM1".As a healthy man with lungs nodules in 0.2mm*0.3mm can be taken Nac supplements?
Just take NAC when u feel like ur coming down with
something (like c*v*d for a week or 2)
Or
In the fall/winter (flu cold season) maybe
mid Oct to March 1st
P.s
I read the same thing
The tumor growth was only in relation to a study with mice who were given humongous doses for their body weight way beyond any human ‘s recommended dose.

Thanks for this. Yup, I've been taking NAC since 2019. Do note though, that it has been shown to be antagonistic to Ivermectin. So if you're taking IVM, just hold off taking NAC, 2 to 3 days on either side of the day you plan to take IVM.
Is it ok to take nac for whole life as a supplement
Where did you find this info? I take IVM and was thinking of adding NAC. thanks for any info you could share would be greatly appreciated!
@darlatobin2240 I heard about this a long time ago. Subsequent to that, I never heard anyone else say anything to the contrary. Like I said, I myself knock off the NAC about 3 days on either side of the actual day I take my 30mg IVM dose.

There has been interesting research suggesting that depression may be related to inflammation in the brain. If that's correct then I wonder if NAC's role in aiding depression/anxiety etc might be in raising brain levels of Glutathione and thus helping to reduce brain inflammation? Does this sound plausible? Are there any studies that have been done or are being done in this area?
Sounds plausible to me. I wonder if many people who have depression/anxiety have underlying health issues.
I'd just be concerned w BP vs Dep. since taking meds for dep can sometimes incite manic symptoms..
