To everyone asking, its integral to use flour that will produce long gluten strands. Aka bread flower. This will ensure your noodles dont fall apart. Please use the right flour. Things like cake flour or regular flower will produce gluten that is too short for a good strong noodle.

i had to ruin my search history of tractors and farm equipment to find out how to make egg noodles. and the only reason i did this is cause i wanted to make ramen, and we didn't have any top ramen or anything like that.

    Thanks for the video.
What would be the next step to use them in a wok stir fry? Thanks!

Hi! Check out the link in the description box above ☝️ where I showed how to cook them. Use them like any other fresh noodles. Hope it helps!

Cook the noodles in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes. You can use them in my quick ramen recipe here: www.elmundoeats.com/en/quick-30-minute-chicken-ramen/

How do you cook it after you made it or is it all ready cooked

You boil them between 2-4 minutes in water, rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking process, then take out wok mix your sauce until it caramelize and then turn off the heat and turn in the noodles carefully, if you make chow mein you keep the heat on and stir fry it .
