  • Join me for this 40-minute Full Body Kickboxing Workout. We'll be using traditional kickboxing moves for strength and cardio and we will be doing it in a tabata format. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in 4 minute rounds. Options for all fitness levels. Are you ready?

    I love the Tabata format! Being a very sleep deprived, 7 month post partum mum my stamina isn't what it used to be!! But this workout is amazing (as are all your workouts I've done since 4 weeks pp). Even after 3 hours sleep I've done it and feel revitalised and ready for the day. Thanks Amy for getting my a** into gear.

    Almost skipped out on this workout today....so glad I didn't! Thanks Amy for making kickboxing easy. I am usually feeling so uncoordinated and just fling my hands all around lol...is that just me?

    LOVED THIS! Pretty new to kickboxing but that is why I love yours, Amy. They are challenging and definitely burn and get my heart rate up, but don't go so quickly that I look like a dancing noodle while I do them.

    Loved this! So much fun and great for a day when I didn't feel like using weights! I love the tabata kickboxing format because sometime I get mixed up after to many punches lol This was super easy to follow and went by quickly!     Love this!!! Today was my first day and you were so good at explaining every step. Very easy to follow along. I am just getting back into exercise after some health issues. I have arthritis in my back but with modifications I was able to keep my heart rate over 145 with the workout being very comfortable. I can’t wait to see more aerobic boxing workouts from you. I love all the videos I have followed so far. Thank you!

    I can´t believe that I actually have been working out for 40 minutes! The tabataformat is great!And you introduced me to kickboxing Amy, and I love the variation, it is sweaty and my heart is pumping. And my core connection has really improved! :-))
