    I just want to thank you for all these options. I found you while I was pregnant, and your workouts have been crucial to my recovery process from pregnancy and diastasis recti. I also recently found out that I have early stages of fatty liver, and I am doing all that I can to reverse it. Your workouts keep me on my toes chasing the kiddos, and they have helped tremendously in making me stronger and healthier. Thank you so very much!     The eye sweat... it was real.
    SOOOO much sweat in that great workout! And being able to do those squat pop ups after a LONG day made me really recognize the changes in my strength and cardio endurance since committing to following your calendars and simply showing up. Thanks for another great workout!

    U know what I like about u Amy? When u give low impact moves they r equally as affective as the high intensity. Most other trainers when they give a low impact alternative, u don't feel any burn n ur heart rate goes down. Proves yet again, that u r THE BEST! 😍

    This is in my favourites and I love it as I always feel exhausted afterwards (in a good way!). It shows you don't always need weights to feel like you've worked every muscle. Thanks Amy X

    Holy moly, Amy! This kicked my butt this morning. My brain wasn't keeping up with some of the sequences so early in the a.m., but I am feeling it. Now I'm off to finish a run on the treadmill.

    This was AMAZING and quite surprising in that my HR monitor kept registering really high HR's, yet I didn't feel like I was about to die even though I did the high-impact version of each exercise in each round. I even enjoyed the bonus round at the end. This was awesome, thanks so much!

    I love the weighted workouts but my upper back has been bothering me so I have had to mix things up. I am so glad you have these videos that get my body working hard! And I get a good workout in. My heart was pumping!

    Hi Amy! Saw this workout 2hrs after you shared it and was scared to try it - cardio scared me, thought there will be too much jumping!😱24hrs later I gave it a go. Although the moves look simple, you have to work out and you feel it!👍👊Not too much jumping, the options are a godsend! I have to say the courtesy bit I found a little bit confusing 🤪 - good job nobody was filming me🤣. I'm sure next time they will better executed 😉🤞. Good workout! Thanks!🙏

    learning curve was tough for me and Im not very coordinated. i am always super grateful but definitely not a fav for me. i almost turned it off with like 9:30 left on the clock out of frustration. Again, these are my issues, as i'm sure the video is just as fantastic as all your others. i will certainly try it again sometime, because I love my Amy workouts !!

    That moment when you say "I hope you're sweating as much as me" and I'm thinking 'nah I'm okay'. Next up Jacks and Hammers, brilliant I've just sweated my face off lol. Also does anyone else hear Amy say "breathe" and mishears it for 3 and thinks the torment is nearly over and it really isn't! Anyway, loved this workout, haven't trained for two weeks as I was away and then came home to the delightful "flight home lurgy" this was a nice intro back :) thank you Amy!
