    Oh boy!! I saved this for today as I knew I would be waking up in a hotel room...so for a change I punched and kicked around a hotel room (not my own bedroom!) Thanks Amy🔥. It was sweaty and fast moving and I feel great.

    Thanks so much Amy for the modifiers!! I have chronic lower back problems that prevent me from working my core on the mat but just knowing there are alternatives, helps me feel I'm still getting a good workout!! You leave no one behind, much appreciated.

    Yes, definitely love the AMWRAP with this Kickboxing and the four moves done in four minutes! The moves in each circuit really worked my core, arms, bootie, legs and got my heart pumping! 💓! Great workout! 🥊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

    Love love love this. Your KB workouts are my favorite. I'm not a big fan of AMRAP with weights because it always feels clumsy but this was perfection. Brava.

    I’m not sure how I’ve missed this one but now that Ive found it it has gone on my favourites list, it was so much fun, especially the bonus round 💜 😅 I used every muscle in my body and worked up a sweat, it got rid of my headache too which was a bonus.

    My goodness! I was so afraid of it (when I see cardio, emom or amrap I see red alert 😂).
    But perfect length, cardio, anti-stress, fun and just as it was meant to be today on my schedule. So grateful! Thanks, loved it. (P.S. in Croatia is 37 C at the moment). Loved it. Surprised myself too.

    I do not like kickboxing due to me being uncoordinated. But I LOVED this workout . It encouraged me to try some of your other kickboxing workouts. If a move is too challenging/ confusing I do jumping jacks or side lunges or swings! Thank you Amy! Terrific cardio

    I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I especially loved how you listed out the exercises in advance so I could practice them a bit at first, and then follow you along. Even your stretch moves are so very diverse and fun.
    I have watched and downloaded and also purchased a lot of low impact home workout videos and in my humble opinion the way how you teach is among the best in the world. Your workout video formats are easy to remember. I can learn from your videos, build them into my own routines and they are always original.

    I love these workouts. They go fast. I appreciate the modifications. I've been in several horse riding " accidents' and I can't do a lot of the plank stuff.
