today and on the release date of this video, the laptops that come with windows have exactly the same gestures always active, it is not necessary to activate "tap to click" because it is activated by default and several brands have also increased the size of their mousepads for convenience. I am aware that most likely they have copied from mac but this is no longer an advantage for them. the only exception I think would be the one that uses two fingers to go back in a tab, from my experience it seems that only works in the chrome browser and the click firmness is not if it is configurable. Let me know if i've said something wrong ;).
That is not the only problem with Windows. Even if the trackpads were of the Apple quality, the software just isn’t as smooth in the way it responds with Windows. For example, if I stop a gesture mid-way on a Mac and decide to go backwards, the app windows will respond as if they were physical objects. This kind of “ethereal” smoothness does not exist in windows. Everything feels like it’s “chained” somewhere. It has gotten slightly better but overall any simulation of movement in Windows still feels somewhat like Windows XP. I don’t know if you feel what I’m saying but this is what macOS feels for over 15 years now and Windows is just starting to scratch the surface.

You need a third party app for that. I use the app MiddleClick for that - github.com/artginzburg/MiddleClick-Ventura

whenever I have used a windows laptop, even newer ones, they still have completely unnatural/glitchy scrolling + gestures generally
I cannot believe that I just watched a guy just explaining touchpad settings on macOS, not even 3rd party utility. Go find some inspiration, dude.
roger that
Can this guy talker any slower?
Sorry, I'll pick up the pace next time
