    You are such a good teacher; you go over the steps in easy parts and then add them together. I have never liked Zumba for the difficult moves but I had so much fun with this! Thank you!

    I have been doing this every day the day after it came out it’s my favourite favourite I love it 71 years old osteoarthritis and osteoporosis 15 surgeries used to be in a wheelchair 8st lighter and loving my Rick workouts , I tell everyone about them I have 12,000 followers on WW and lots of my followers are doing this and love it. Thanks Rick it’s brilliant

    You are changing my life and have most certainly changed the way I look at getting fit.     LOVE this as not only is it outdoors with beautiful backdrop AND Zumba inspired but the 30 mins includes the cool down and stretches.
    SO many videos end abruptly and just say ‘don’t forget to stretch and cool down’

      I used to say the same thing about Zumba when it first came to my gym 15 yrs ago. Now I'm an instructor!! Lol. I've been teaching for 12 years, and I'm 65 years old now!
      Maybe try Zumba Gold. It's not much different than this workout. Most of his moves are Zumba-ish!!

    First time for this one this morning.Oh my goodness fantastic thank you so much Rick . 71 years old and osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and 15 surgeries but fit as a fiddle for someone who as my condition. I was diagnosed at 26 years old and at 65 I was in a wheelchair for a year

    I'm have bilateral knee replacement in 2 weeks, I can still do this workout . Hopefully will be able to incorporate this work out as part of rehab. I love it!

    I’m loving this workout! My preferred length of workout is 40 mins so if you could do something Zumba-ish with a heavy drum beat to keep me going, maybe some African drumming? that would be brilliant. Thanks Rick.

    That was hilarious! (my efforts, not you, Rick) My poor little brain cell didn't know if it was coming or going..! Great that you include the warm up and cool down - too many others tell you to find a separate video which is a pain. I'll definitely give it another go.
