But with proper diet which I'm continuing to refine and exercise I suspect by Christmas I'll be much healthier and my bat wings much smaller.... Goals!!!

Thanks for giving me a "no excuses" workout. I really enjoy the 30 minute workouts, but lately I have been so busy in the mornings. 10-15 minute workouts give me no excuse not to check that off my daily list first thing!
I have tried this routine earlier and could not get through it. I do 5 routines before this. Today I got through it and feel great!! I'm 72 and have both hips replaced and both knees done, the last procedure was in May of this year. I was walking inside my house a couple of days, when I started jogging and then, for the first time in many years, I RAN!!!! 😁 I was thrilled!!!

Watched your makeup and fashion videos before, but recently discovered your workout videos. I love them. I have Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, etc., and I can still do these and keep up with them. I particularly love that you don’t overwhelm us by moving onto to exercises too quickly for my brain to get the hang of them. The timers also keep me from feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. I really needed to find something like your workouts to keep me going through the fall and winter. Cheers!

Hi Schellea, I just completed a great workout for an hour using dumbbells the whole time and jogging instead of walking 10/10 today 😁 I look forward to your workouts they put me in a good frame of mind. I enjoyed this arm workout. It was the first for me so I didn't use weights. I will next time. I still felt amazing after. I added a 15 walk workout and the stretching. I love the smaller increments that I can add to it. It doesn't feel so overwhelming. I go into it feeling I may just do one routine but I always end up doing one more. I am feeling empowered because I can do these routines without hurting myself. I am 63 and I know I need to get stronger as I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis and I need to do some strength training. Thank you so much.
I can't believe I'm still finding exercises that I haven't done before after about a year. Yesterday I worked on another exercise with 2kg, first time. So today I needed a little gentler to ease the aches out. This was perfect Schellea. Thank you once again. All my love. xxx
Loved it I am 83 don’t if I could keep the pace but nothing ever worked on my arms still trying to get rid of the flab my weight is 150 not to bad I do have some issues but Doctors always keep moving loved this wish I had found this before

I started with your 15 minute walking workout with dumbbells and followed with your 10 minute fat burn cardio HIIT Workout and your lovely 7 min daily morning stretch for a well-rounded workout today!
