    I am in my 80th year and I find this exercise really beneficial. I do fitness basics but this one helps breathing too.

    I am 64years n with a very bad posture, hyperlordosis hyperkyphosis. Found the exercises very useful for me n looking forward for more videos.

    This is a wonderful exercise I really enjoy doing. Not too strenuous or too long. I am 78 and play tennis and bike regularly, so I feel my legs don’t need more exercise.

    I continue doing these posture exercises. I feel the difference, thank you very much.I am eager to do an excersise for osteoporosis, but the one you made is difficult for me. I need a seated slower one, any idea's?

    I have been following your exercises for seniors. I love all of them. I recently found out I have osteoporosis and would like to have more exercises geared for this problem. Also, do you have neck exercises?

      I would suggest doing them 3x per week to see the best results! Do them every second day!

    Do you have anything to help me with a very round midsection that doesn’t have me on the ground doing sit-ups or crunches which my obese belly can’t do?
