G'day Everyone.. Hope you're all well and you enjoy this new video! And thanks for your patience with no video last week! Remember to subscribe also AND HAVE A GREAT AND ACTIVE WEEKEND (AND WEEK). Mike xo
I love your workouts, thank you. I have this question: how often should I do the workouts? One a day I suppose, but alternating group muscles. Am I right? Thank you again for these exercises for us seniors
Awake at 3.30 Qld time, and it's nice to be greeted with a cheerful physio. Posture is important and it's only since I began to exercise with your videos that I have been more conscious of the need to have 'shoulders back and down'. Thanks for the encouragement to relax, and let go of stress. When you mentioned 'thoracic spine', I thought of my husband who had a pathological fracture of that part of his spine, (from prostate cancer metastases - at home ) at the age of 70. He should be proud of me 7 years later looking after my posture at 3.30 in the morning. Thanks Mike. Appreciated the encouragement. Glad you had a good weekend too. When you talk about breathing, I say 'Oops, did I take my meds.
Good posture is ever so important, especially for seniors not to become hunchback. Thank you so much, Mike, to be so attentive to improving the well-being of us seniors.
Glad you took some time for you, Mike. It looks like you enjoyed your time with friends. Thanks for this exercise. My posture has been something that gave me trouble before, and still does. It is good to have this practice. Stay well and safe. John (from St. John's, NL Canada)
Hi Mike @morelifehealth I come to this video often so thought I would mention that at the ending, where we sit and focus on relaxing the muscles, reminds me of years ago when I took what I think was called 'Bio Feedback Training' - (a very calming relaxing method) - so when I do the ending of this video I find I could easily fall asleep! As always - thank you for providing all these videos.
I've become aware that I'm slouching at the table, at the computer, or on the sofa, more and more, so I really need these exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles. Slow and steady and regular, as ever. Thanks, Mike.
Love your videos, I exercise with them everyday, do you have any video specific for patient with fibromyalgia, bursitis of the hip and shoulders, arthritis of cervical and lumbar spine and ostheopenia .Thanks
Great exercise! I have sciatica which has come on since Christmas and feel this posture. Exercise was helpful. What other videos would be good for sciatica?. Thank you , Anthea Anderson
Hi Mike, thank you for this routine. I think it is one of my favourites. I appreciate the reminders to maintain posture. I am dealing with sciatica and neuropathy along with fibromyalgia. So thankful to have found you! God bless.
Mike. Thank you for your enticing weekend escape vacation pictures. I just viewed this routine. It offered familiar individual exercises packaged for posture improvement. My entire back is ramrod straight, but I do have arthritis in my upper back and the ache makes me hunch a bit when I'm using my laptop, which I don't use much anyway. Still, these targeted exercises do help tremendously and I thank you for them. Can you please add this one to the collection of your exercises in whatever category you deem appropriate as I plan on returning to this routine often. Thank you again!...Anastasia
Hey Mike, Really enjoy your exercise for seniors I have herniated disc in cervical, lumbar and had torn two tendons in ischeial tuberculosis and pelvis area left side. Are there any exercise you can recommend for people with these issues so as not to injure them any further? Thank you so much appreciate all you do.
I'm wondering if you have exercises to improve the lower back. I have a really sway back since I was a child, and it always causes me trouble. I am seeing a chiropractor, which helps but I know exercise would help also. I usually wake up with lower back pain.

Hi how heavy should the weights be as I've never used any before... 😊
Start off light, so 1kg and as your strength increases, you can also increase your weights also.

Ot is easier?
Any idea how many calories this workout burns, Mike? Enjoying it on a daily basis.
Fan tastic
