    I directly started 16:8 and for the first week I couldn't control my hunger but I managed by drinking water and sleeping early, but after a week my body got adjusted and now am able to continue with it and also feeling very light and my body is losing weight.

    But maina ghar main hi intermittent fasting follow Kiya ghar main kisiko pata hi nahi chala and maina 1 month main 12 kam kr liya hai ....and abhi
    Meri ideal weight 48 kgs achive karna hai....

    Hi! Ever since I started my intermittent fasting after eating, I have headache, my water consumption has been too low… what can I do

      Go slow. Drink enough water, keep yourself hydrated. Drink lemon water with pink Himalayan salt. It should help. Follow 12.10 IF Method as of now. Then slowly increase once your body adept to the change. These are common symptoms as your body is getting a jerk, give it a week or two time, these symptoms will go away. Stay healthy and focused

    I do intermittent fasting for 16:8. I start eating window at 9am and compelete it till 5pm so is it fine because alot of people suggest to not to skip breakfast and start eating window till 1pm
