I’m 77 I started two days ago. I’m doing 16/8. I walk daily (7,000 steps). I also have quit sugar (which I have always craved) and bread. I need to lose 25 lbs. We’ll see if I can do this. Everyone in my family has diabetes or pre diabetes and I don’t want it to happen to me. I’ll get back on here once I have accomplished this. Good luck to all of you.
I’ve done intermittent fasting for 6 months now. I’ve lost 36 pounds and have gone from a size 14 to a size 6. (6 is a little tight but I can get them on and still breathe 😊). And ALL hot flashes are gone. I used to have 20-25 hot flashes a day and within less than 2 weeks those horrible flashes were gone, and I’ve noticed my body healing. This is my new way of eating for the rest of my life. I fast a minimum of 17-19 hours to achieve autophagy on a regular basis.
I started this almost 2 years ago, lost 25 pounds and have kept it off with this life style change. My height is a little under 5 ft 125 lbs, started modified fasting and lost 10 lbs, felt very good, then I got serious and lost 15 more lbs, it really easy to lose through this change. People were concerned, had a physical Dr said keep up the good choices your still in your bum index. I am able to stay 100 lbs or a few lbs less. You can tell how you feel and how your cloths fit. I really don’t care to weigh myself, it’s tormenting. Everyday is a choice and my body is the temple God has blessed me with and we have to take care of it. Praise the Lord, have energy and blessed health at 78 years of age.🙏🙏🙏❤️
I’m loving 16/8. Very doable. Coffee with cream at wake up, breakfast at 11 or 12, lunch is light, dinner at 7. I watch the carbs but still enjoy food. Previously I was eating way too many sweets. I’ve lost my cravings and feel great. I’m 64, 5’ 4” and lost ten pounds in five weeks without hunger! I need to lose five more. I love watching Dr. Jason Fung videos as I was prediabetic too.
She is still losing weight, so it doesn't really matter that she puts cream in her coffee 😊 I have my coffee with oat or rice milk, breakfast (very light) after 11am and my last meal)/snack of the day is before 8 pm (normally, around 6-6:30). I am 45, had a total hysterectomy about 3 months ago and am on HRT. I also work out daily. Intermittent fasting is really working for me, especially cause I have a history of anorexia (almost kicked the bucket in my 20s because of it). So yeah, taking it easy and not turning food into my enemy again, all the while maintaining a healthy weight is perfect!
@@margaretbugeja3872 dr. Fung says it’s OK to put a little cream in your coffee in the morning. And since I am continuing to lose weight, actually as of this date I have lost 22 pounds, it seems to be OK.
I'm 67 and just started IF 2 weeks ago - and it is now my new lifestyle. I'm doing 16/8 (some days 17/7). Saw immediate weight loss results and my body seems to be reacting well to it, except for a few morning headaches here and there. BTW, it's "autophagy" that you want, not "atrophy". Big difference.
I intermittent fast 16:8 and results are amazing, especially skin tone. I do, however eat a lot of vegetables, I use little to no oil, no sugar, no breads pastas or traditional flour, no chemicals,, and no dairy. It was challenging at first but worth it. My point is that you can do this on different diet types :)
I have been doing this for a short period and totally love it. I am never really hungry this way. I suddenly had some blood pressure issues so it made the choice to use this. I lost 10 pounds right off the bat. Blood pressure is back in check
I have IF for three years not to lose weight, but to reverse pre diabetes (never been overweight). This took me by surprise, but I have a strong familial risk and other risk factors with age and lots of stress and insomnia. I could not be anymore happier.I regained my health and adding some exercise I feel the strongest 68 years old woman in this world. I have stick to it, and I it has become a second nature for me. Two keto meals a day on a 17/7 most days with the occasional 1 meal a day. It can be done without suffering!
I'm not counting net carbs yet, ... Just cutting out sugars and drinking more water, eating more veggies, salads and soups during the 8 hour window so I could get the AUTOPHAGY was a challenge! I've been walking more and gotten more into yoga practices ...in 5 weeks I'm down 12 menopausal pounds! SWEETS, junk food and not enough water or exercise are my barriers preventing me from achieving my goals... My mindset has changed and ACTIONS have replaced my laziness!
Today is my 5th day. I've lost almost 4 lbs and I consumed a pretty good size steak in a period of about 3 days. I've been craving beef for a couple months. I'm 67 years old. My Granddaughter got in touch with me last week and told me she had lost 26 pounds. I ask her how, and she said by intermittent fasting and a little exercise. I started about a year ago, fasted for a couple weeks, and as you said, life happens, and I stopped. I really can't put a finger on why. I do know it works. I'm doing 16/8, 11 to 7 most days, sometimes 10:30 to 630. We eat supper early here, around 4 or 5 o'clock. It's pretty easy for me, I'm not an early morning eater anyway, haven't been for years. The hardest thing for me has been no cream in my coffee. I'm gonna try adding a tablespoon, that's really all I want, I believe that will help. My whole life since childhood, has been one big diet. I truly believe this is my answer. I have cut out all the late night snacks (potato chips) and has not bothered me at all. I'm ready to be a healthier me. Thanks for the video. Excited to get healthy. I can do this.
I just started it after watching your video. I like the 8 hr eating window and 16 hrs off. 2 days in, and I'm really not craving snacks, which had been my down fall!! Fingers crossed!!
I started this several years ago and also love the health benefits. I also have a cut down on milk products and wheat. With these tools and a lifetime of walking/pilates, I feel great at 63.😊
I’ve been IF 16:8 for 1.5 years (started with 13:11). I totally feel better. At the end of the fast I’m not always hungry enough to eat, so I fast longer. Thanks for the motivation.
I’m 61 and this is solid advice for anyone overweight. I started about 3 months ago. 1 meal 10am and 1 at 530pm. I’m 5.9” From 198lbs to 188 now. My goal is around 168. Cut out most sugar as well. If there’s dessert, it’s small and at the designated time. I’m Feeling great, walking 1 hour every other day. I sleep through the night. You can do it too. Give it a try. You already know how it is feeling not so good, so why not feel good again. 🎉 there’s nothing to sell here. Your just changing the amount of food you eat. Doing it will also likely- clear up some issues in your system. ❤

I am experiencing menopause and my doctor has advised me to do intermittent fasting to help with the weight gain plus she told me it will help me sleep better. I just started about 3 weeks ago and I'm already sleeping better. I haven't weighed myself yet since I want to give it more time. Thank you for the ideas in your video.
I was told that any calories you take in - no matter how small takes you out of your fast stopping the process. It's not a matter of how much - any calories taken in takes you out of ketosis.
I absolutely love your videos! Discovered them before my hysterectomy. The information you shared was so helpful and helped both me and my husband have a a better idea of what was to come. So grateful for that. I am now newly retired and I’m always inspired by your tips and tricks. Also an intermittent faster, and now that I’m able to move more I might see the scale move as well. Ha! Thank you so much for all that you do!
Renee I started IF 14 days ago after watching one of your videos on it. I started doing 16:8 on 4/1/23, and you have hooked me on the Keto coconut yogurt with berries, walnuts and coconut. I’m really enjoying the way I have been feeling. I noticed my knees and back aren’t hurting the way they were. I’m sleeping better and not craving all of the sweets and junk I used to eat. According to Gin Stephens author of Fast.Feast.Repeat cream and milk will definitely break a fast. She says anything sweet. However, we are all different and can adjust to what work for us. Thanks for sharing. I love all of your videos.
Obviously some people can have a little cream in their morning coffee and it does not hurt their fast. Gin Stephen’s is a bit militant, but it works for her.

Renee I'm so glad to see you're doing so great with intermittent fasting and spreading the word. I've started fasting about 5 years ago and it's amazing I love it so much. I did fall off my good lifestyle habits during the pandemic and I feel the consequences from it but as of this January I got back on track and I feel amazing again. I also discovered dr. I hope you and my fellow viewers check it out. You look great Renee❤
Love this! I too intermittent fast. For the last couple years I do 18:6. I used to do the 20:4 prior to hitting menopause. I’ll be 51 and since becoming post menopausal, for some reason it wasn’t working for me. I guess lack of hormones etc so I moved to 18:6 and like Goldilocks that ones just right lol! It’s funny how the sweet cravings go away. I’m such a chocoholic and I don’t eat as much of that either! Have a beautiful weekend Renee!
Just found you and had to tell you that your hair is so beautiful, I wish my hair were so thick and curly. 16/8 seems so reasonable and the time table I want to try for the first time.
After 12 hours of the fast your blood goes into autophagy and that is the anti-aging phase. I bought an ap I use and it shows what state my body is in. Glucose rises, glucose falls, glucose stabilizes, HCH is releasd in pulses and the body is in ketosis. After 12 hours autophagy begins. That ap has everything I need including recipes.
Positive reinforcement: Love your hair fluffy like this! I'm so happy IF is working for you. You are an inspiration. My hair used to do what yours does, but I'm in such a dry climate... I mostly get static electricity. Morning it sticks straight up. Wow.
New viewer. Loved your video. Loss over a hundred lbs a couple of years ago with IF and lowercarb and gained it back. I am looking for some new and fresh inspiration to get back on a healthy lifestyle. Please keep up with these kind of videos.
I've been intermittent fasting for probably a good six years. But I started with a much larger window, and it was before intermittent fasting was even a thing. Little over a year ago I started with a 20 hours of fasting and a 4-Hour window of eating. I love it and my body loves it and the weight that I couldn't get off before just isn't an issue anymore! I will eat this way for the rest of my life! The hardest part about it is when you go to events in the evening and there's food, and people want you to eat! They just can't understand why you're not eating! Sometimes I'll just stay home because conversation ends up being why I don't eat at night!
I just say I'm not hungry! That usually stops the conversation, because there's really no comeback to not being hungry like there is for saying you're IF or not in your eating window. Unless, of course, it's your mom who's trying to get you to eat, then it's often not good enough. LOL
I love intermittent fasting too. I started out with 13 hours fasting for a a long time, and then I worked my way up to where I am now...16 to 17 hours. I crave less sugar, which was completely unexpected. I also don't snack.

Great, all around advice Renee. I have been on intermittent fasting for over a year and while at the beginning I did not see any results, it was not until I was on my Camino Frances that I began to really loose weight where I lost too much. On my return, I gained a bit but have retained the intermittent fasting to the point of maintenance. I follow Dr Eric Berg's advice which has served me well. You are doing very well with the lifestyle changes you have made and you look awesome. Happy Friday and have a great weekend.
I describe intermittent fasting as effortless weight loss. I eat between 1pm and 8:30pm every day. Start the day with a plain Greek yogurt concoction and am never hungry. Late night snacking is no longer something I do or crave. It's a way of life, not a diet.
I think you mean autophagy, not atrophy (which is a bad thing). 🙂 I first stopped eating after 7pm for two weeks, then slowly adjusted my breakfast over the next two weeks to 11am, now at 16:8 - and the most amazing benefit so far is my GERD has almost disappeared! Even when I ate low-fat and low-acid, I never had results like just letting my stomach empty before bed. When you have bad acid reflux, you feel like you always need something on your stomach to buffer the acid, like bread or something bland, but it turns out that IF is the key!! (at least for me) It’s magical.
@@WelcomeToMyCurls Hey, not big deal, but just in case someone watching thought that’s what they were going for. Lol And guess you weren’t too interested in how fasting might help with acid, but leaving it in case it helps someone else since it’s a horrible thing to live with.
@@WelcomeToMyCurls love love love your videos. I am a fitness instructor and got into a place where I was gaining weight because of steroid meds for a year. I started IF last year and WOW! It works. I got off track and happened to see your video and inspired me to go at it again. Thank you!
You look so young and radiant! I just started IF about a month ago and I am already losing some belly fat. I don't have much weight to lose but I wanted to do this as a preventative since I'm getting older (48). Definitely helps with the menopause symptoms. Great video!
During your research did you not come across the liquid sweetener "Stevia?" It has ZERO carbs and is 100% natural unlike sucralose. It comes in many flavors too. I add it to my coffee and my yogurt or kefir (which has more friendly bacteria than yogurt) then I add my fruit and nuts. This way you can elimate the omega-6 oil they ad to their yogurt. Also, have you tried "Bulletproof coffee" made with grass fed butter and coconut oil? You can add Stevia to this too. It is very satiating, and if you had this at 6:00 am, it would quell your hunger till noon and you could even shorten your intermittent fasting to 6 hours if you wanted to and eliminate breakfast or have breakfast for lunch.

I have breakfast at 8 am. lunch at noon and dinner at 4pm. I do have a few small snacks, dark chocolate, a hand full of walnuts. I eat nothing between 4pm, and 8 am. I generally have a one hour workout in my last hour of fasting. I never feel hungry!
I am 70. I combine intermittent fasting with working out, especially lifting. I lost 30lbs and am sort of beginning to get shredded. One concern is ingesting enough protein for building muscle. Guidelines for building muscle say at least one gram for each pound of bodyweight. Tough to do.

I feel so much better on this lifestyle. may I ask do you ever drink alcohol , as I do enjoy a social drink ? and does that effect the fast? thanks again for your amazing insight
Really great concise information. This really helped me to remember the benefits of IF and what to eat. Thank you. PS not sure if that was just a speaking slip- @2:44 Not " atrophy" - that's wasting away of tissue by cells degenerating, rendering them LESS functional. That stage of fasting induces Autophagy (pronounced "otto- fa-gee") - which is destruction of damaged or redundant cellular components occurring in vacuoles within the cell....ie; cleanup of metabolites/cell repair- rendering your metabolism MORE functional.
How do you stomach black coffee when you are used to using heavy cream and liquid Splenda? I do not want to go to OMAD until I am an IF pro. I want to be able to eat at least 2 meals in my eating window. And strictly speaking, any amount of calories will break a fast. If a person follows a strict fasting schedule, they should avoid any food or drinks containing calories.

I have just started a 16:8 I use creamer in my coffee no sugar and I used to use two sugars. I have cravings at night that are almost unbearable. That is my hardest challenge there night.
Hi! I don't use artificial sweeteners of any sort. During my eating window, I use brown sugar or granulated sugar when needed. I do believe Stevia is ok during your fast.
Hi! Very motivational video. I've been trying intermittent fasting and I'm comfortable with 16:8 and my last meal is 8pm. My problem is that around 11 just before going to bed I get hungry. I brush my teeth and go to bed but my hunger keeps me awake until 2-3 am when I finally fall asleep. This is horrible for my mental health the next day. Will this ever go away? It's been 2 weeks now.

So yeah, taking it easy and not turning food into my enemy again, all the while maintaining a healthy weight is perfect!
@@margaretbugeja3872 Dr. Fung said a little cream is ok. He is the inventor of intermittent fasting.
@@margaretbugeja3872 dr. Fung says it’s OK to put a little cream in your coffee in the morning. And since I am continuing to lose weight, actually as of this date I have lost 22 pounds, it seems to be OK.
What time do you eat lunch?
I'm 67 and just started IF 2 weeks ago - and it is now my new lifestyle. I'm doing 16/8 (some days 17/7). Saw immediate weight loss results and my body seems to be reacting well to it, except for a few morning headaches here and there. BTW, it's "autophagy" that you want, not "atrophy". Big difference.
what do you eat?
I intermittent fast 16:8 and results are amazing, especially skin tone. I do, however eat a lot of vegetables, I use little to no oil, no sugar, no breads pastas or traditional flour, no chemicals,, and no dairy. It was challenging at first but worth it. My point is that you can do this on different diet types :)
Would love to see your delicious recipes ;-P
So you eat and drink water only??
IF works. It didn't work really fast for me, but it works. Stay hydrated.
Yes, I do intermittent fasting too! Going on 3 years now! Yay! 👏🏻
Ive been doin IF for about a year and a half. Lost about 25 lbs and feel better than I have in years. Thank you for sharing! All the best.
I started 16-8 5 weeks ago I'm already down 18 lbs. My energy is way up, my pre diabetes symptoms have disappeared.
My mindset
has changed and ACTIONS have replaced my laziness!
Going to give this a try! Will keep you posted 🎉
I do intermittent fasting. All meals are between 8am and 4pm.
which IF are you doing? I'm starting with 14:10
@@leslieanderson1774 - Dr Berg’s version. 10am - 2eggs 1 orange, 1 apple, handful of blueberries. 530pm a large salad with pecans and or some tuna. (No snacking between meals is the key. Water anytime, sometimes lemon water in the evening. 🤗
I totally agree with you 😊
I am experiencing menopause and my doctor has advised me to do intermittent fasting to help with the weight gain plus she told me it will help me sleep better. I just started about 3 weeks ago and I'm already sleeping better. I haven't weighed myself yet since I want to give it more time. Thank you for the ideas in your video.
What is the result
OK so I started the intermittent fasting and I downloaded Fastic, so far 2 pounds down. Thank you so much your - videos are very inspiring.
I love the idea of Lifestyle not dieting. 🌻
I just started yesterday and i already have a ton more energy.
Obviously some people can have a little cream in their morning coffee and it does not hurt their fast. Gin Stephen’s is a bit militant, but it works for her.
Yes the fastic app is free, but the service is not! Please be forthcoming with this. First 3 months trial period is 21.60 and each additional 3 months then 53.99! Automatic payments continue until cancelled.

Hi Renee I have joined Slimming world on the 4th of January 2023 and I have lost 33lbs on the diet but I think I am going to give fastic a go. Thank you darling... You are always there for us girls with great info , helpful tips, and honest good grounded advice and don't forget the great recipes and oh my goodness always entertaining. You and your lovely family stay well and happy xxx❤🎉❤
You will enjoy Fastic....I'm obsessed with watching the ring to see what happening in my body. Sooo interesting!
Mindy pelz who makes lots of TH-cam videos for different style of intermittent fasting, fasting for a woman's cycle and what to eat depending on what you're trying to achieve with your fasting. I hope you and my fellow viewers check it out. You look great Renee❤
Thanks for the great info!
That's fantastic! Everybody has a sweet spot and sounds like yours is 18:6 😊
Sushmita: started IF shortly - will continue listening to you - a huge encouragement 😀 🎉❤
started 2 weeks ago - feel so good i wanted to lose couple inches on stomach but i love how much better i feel.
What app?
LOL
HELLO DEAR
I love intermittent fasting too. I started out with 13 hours fasting for a a long time, and then I worked my way up to where I am now...16 to 17 hours. I crave less sugar, which was completely unexpected. I also don't snack.
Oh yes...me too! I rarely crave sugar myself. It's great!
I like it too. Seems like the 15th hour is where I get antsy to eat and often do. Same here regarding sugar.....Dont think about it at all anymore...
@@WelcomeToMyCurls Fastic is not free. You should check before you say this.
@@Madeline8887 I did. I clicked on the link that she provided. No free option was available. I would love it to be free. It said .92 cents a month. Not a bad price but I would prefer to not enter a credit card.
I do apologize if I hurt her feelings. I don’t think I said anything mean. I should have worded it differently!
Your videos are always so refreshing. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this with us, Renee. I have followed as you have introduced us to this and when you have given an update. It is wonderful that you are feeling healthy and fit! May you continue, and may you continue to heal well from your surgery.
Hi Renee- you look wonderful. I have to say you do a fabulous job whenever you deliver info. It’s clear, interesting, enlightening and relatable!! I’ll have to get back on the fastic routine because l DID feel good. It kept me focused me on what l was consuming and to make better choices. Have a fab week 💗
Thanks Kerry!
Thank you for starting your video with what the title says it is. I'm DT2 and I'll adjust my carbs accordingly, but your video helped so much-Subscribed!
Woo hoo! You are so welcome!
Hello Aida
That app spells it sweet ‘potatoe’. 😂 I used to be a tech writer, and can’t turn off the proofreading side of my brain…
Yes...you are correct. Please excuse my mispronunciation of the word autophagy in the video.
The creators of this app are British and they have varied spellings from the US.
Please stop saying Fastic is free!! It is NOT FREE, it is actually expensive and you have to give them a credit card!!
Your looking fabulous for 51/52yrs. And your weight looks pretty perfect for your height! And I love the grey hair it really suits you! Keep the videos coming, I really enjoy them! Thanks 😊🇬🇧🌞🐾🦴👍

Hi good day darling 💕 what vitamins and minerals do you take?
Thank you for putting the times in, I could never figure out when to start to eat an when to stop, Now I got it because of you ty ty ty ❤❤❤❤
I was told that any amount of calories will break a fast. The cream 40 calories. I'm glad it's working for you❤
I have breakfast at 8 am. lunch at noon and dinner at 4pm. I do have a few small snacks, dark chocolate, a hand full of walnuts. I eat nothing between 4pm, and 8 am. I generally have a one hour workout in my last hour of fasting. I never feel hungry!
I love the Ratio vanilla so much - I put some berries and pecans and flaxseed on mine. Your meals look wonderful.
It's sooo good!! And oh flaxseed....I'll have to try that. It's time for my breakfast now 😊
Love your curls and gray! I have natural curly hair also. I also went gray a few years ago and love not coloring my hair♥️
Just found your channel and looking forward to starting IF. Side note: your hair is beautiful!!
I am 70. I combine intermittent fasting with working out, especially lifting. I lost 30lbs and am sort of beginning to get shredded. One concern is ingesting enough protein for building muscle. Guidelines for building muscle say at least one gram for each pound of bodyweight. Tough to do.
This is so helpful! I’ve been thinking about doing this and you just convinced me 100%!
Hi ,i remember you , how is your fur baby ,you brought home about 2 years i believe? Thankyou for Sharing this, im 68 and losing my mind, i lost 70 lbs in 2018 and when Covid came ,i gained it all back. Im so frustrated with myself,i cant seem to get back to my goal weight .😢
Your hair is beautiful, you’re making me think about showing my gray hair.
I’ve started Rebounding also. Someone asked me two days ago, “are you losing weight?” Best question ever! 😂
It's pronounced Ah toff a gee...and it's wonderful. Love your channel and so glad you are feeling betyer! 😊
Yes...I pronounced it wrong in the video. Unfortunately there is no way for me to make an audio correction.
I checked out Ratio yoghurt today at grocery store. I was sad to see it has artificial sweetener SUCRALOSE which means I’ll stick to Bulgarian yoghurt, with its probiotic benefits and monk fruit for sweetening.
Your channel is motivating! Congratulations!
I would love to see more IF content. Also what you eat. You look great!!
I love your videos!! They are so informative and on different topics! The fur babies are adorable!🥰💓
I just subscribed to ur program & I enjoy learning more from u. I’ve been on intermittent fasting for 5 months I lost 20lbs when I saw ur program I wanted to fine out the different things I can do to lose more & how to stay on this plan. Thank u for helping me.
Thanks for your video. Just want to add the keto yogart has Sucralose which is a very unhealthy sugar. Your breakfast looks so good made me want to want the same thing but maybe switch out for a different yogart.
I just use fage and add my own flavorings
Hello! 👋🏼 I just found your channel. I love your approach to the intermittent fasting lifestyle. I have been living this lifestyle also and it fabulous ❤ thank you for sharing, I will be catching up on more videos 😊
I started this this week and I am starving by my first meal lol. I hope that goes away. Thanks for the info.
Thank you for explaining it so well. I'd seen pop-ups on TH-cam but didn't pay attention.
Lost thirty five pounds the last four months by just cutting down. No eating out, no white,ie potatoes, rice bread and drink more water, which was very hard since I was a soda holic. Walk my lab which is over weight also. Good luck out there!
Let’s hear it for Dr.Fung. Love it.
thank you so much for your thorough account of intermittent fasting.. I'm a Ballroom Dance professional, and have been looking for a long term lifestyle .. everything I have listened to on this blinds you with science and I am frankly bored to listen . my life is fast paced and I need more. my worry on this was when I travel as I do this a lot for work. especially starting with Mexico and Europe. it was refreshing for you to say you didn't stress on eating a little later one night 💯. thanks to your channel I dropped 3lb in a week. I feel so much better on this lifestyle. may I ask do you ever drink alcohol , as I do enjoy a social drink ? and does that effect the fast? thanks again for your amazing insight
Very helpful video.i will try this.please do.more examples of your daily eating ideas.thanks so much.from Vermont
Great video!!!! I’m onboard!!! Been at it for a week now!!! Thanks…
I mis-pronounced the word in the video. My apologies.
I am a net carb person…I have coffee cause there is no reason to be on earth without coffee. I do not do Chios, etc too. Have you watched the Glucose Goddess and her channel..
Thank you Renee for the tips and the fastic app link, this is so helpful.
Thank you so much for the information. You have really motivated me to start this up. Started yesterday. But not the right way. I cut out to much food.
I am new to if I am on sixteen eight I don't touch food during my sixteen hours but I was making the mistake of putting one suger in black coffee I don't drink juice fizzy drinks or alcohol and I know I have to have more water but I will there I already feel good in myself 😊
Loved your explanation on FI.
You look so pretty Renee. It is really working for you.
I eat my first meal at 2pm (salad and protein) then some blueberries, mixed nuts, an apple and low sugar muesli at 5pm then nothing else.
Life is short!
I am starting today! Thanks, Renee.
Oh yay!!!
When I do intermittent along along with low carb works for me
Great video😊 I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the info
You're so welcome!
@WELCOME TO MY CURLS forgot to ask if you drink any alcohol? Is that a no no ?
I'm giving it a go!! Wish me luck!!
amazing video - thank you, you did great!
Thank you for going over intermittent fasting. I’m going to start after I have my hysterectomy and have recovered. Have you noticed any difference in your appetite with the HRT you are doing since your hysterectomy? I’m worried about gaining weight afterwards.
I just found your video. You inspired me, so I started IF 2 days ago.
Wanted to try Fastic, but went through the whole quiz and at the end it will not let you go further without paying.🤷♀️
That's what people are telling me...but I went through the same process and it was free. I'm sorry! Not sure how to help you. Let me contact the app folks and find out what's going on.
I have just started a 16:8 I use creamer in my coffee no sugar and I used to use two sugars. I have cravings at night that are almost unbearable. That is my hardest challenge there night.
Will artificial sweetener like Splenda in my coffee break your fast? Also what sweetener do you recommend using in eating window?
I wouldnt use splenda. It breaks a fast. I think Stevia is ok though.
