Cool video thanks for sharing the tips and tricks. I’m also gonna have to look up that cleaner you mentioned it looks like it might be something worthwhile do enjoy your videos. Hope you continue.
Thanks so much! I can honestly say I use the super clean on a bunch of stuff... just realized it actually cleans hardwater off my sinks and toilets better than any other things I've used so not just garage use.
Fun informative video as always. I was thinking of ceramic coating inside the wheels of my wife's Macan. That thing is always covered in brake dust, thought coating might make it easier to clean the dust off. See how it goes.
I have never tried the super clean wheel cleaner. I always go with Griots garage…I’m gonna have to try the super clean…and definitely watch spraying under the hood like he mentioned I fried my crank position sensor
Hey man , been following your jeep stuff for a while now - Speaking from years of experience and currently still the owner of a detail shop I can tell you I appreciate your work- however. There’s a couple products that can make your life even easier. Zep! Yellow bottle industrial degreaser. Diluted down to the bare minimum- this stuff works wonders on grease - oil - and brake dust. We usually get ours by the 5 gallon at Home Depot or Lowe’s Second. aluminum a. Or chrome. Something like - a starter , or silver shocks .. or even skid plates. Oreilly’s sells a product available in the gallon size called “ aluminum brightener” previous called wire wheel cleaner . We use it on all painted and powder coated wheels. - diluted of course. - it will also remove water spots off tinted windows when applied to a microfiber and rinsed off with fresh water .
Tip: As Super Clean is an excellent cleaner, it has almost no lubrication for painted surfaces. How to compensate? Add rinseless wash to Super Clean. I use OnR but really any rinseless wash will do. Typically, I use 1 ounce of rinseless and 1 ounce of Super Clean to 30 ounces water and it pretty much handles everything. If I need more strength, I’ll add 2-5 ounces of Super Clean to 25-29 ounces of water plus the 1 ounce of rinseless.
I cringe at what your street storm drain looks like with all those chemicals running down there! Simple Green I find is just as strong and is biodegradable. WD 40 on the wheel wells - it sits on the surface so will run all over when it rains? Cerakote wipes are awesome for plastic. Love the videos!!
I checked the ingredients and many of the super clean products claim to be bio-degradable as well. I keep meaning to try the cerakote but am a creature of habit.
Curb rash repair....yes, please. My non-Jeep vehicle hugged a curb a bit too closely. I have priced a repair 🤯🤯 and a DIY would be great!!
Howdy and thanks so much for checking in! Here's another link to the Amazon store to find the stuff I use www.amazon.com/shop/autoedits
HEY!!!
Always a good day when an AutoEdits video goes out.
Hey, thanks!
Mr clean…… love the products you use. Thanks again for the great content J Man 💪😎👊
I appreciate that!
Great vid Jason
Hey thanks!
Good stuff as usual. I’ve always been scared to spray my engine bay with water…but I might give it a go now..with caution of course.
You can do it!
Wow Jason, you taking that Range Rover off roading!! Those things are dirty:)👍🚙
Howdy, I wondered when you would get here 🤣😎
excellent video Jason, it educates while still being interesting as you always manage to do.
Glad you think so!

I noticed you did not use any tire dressing like Amorall, etc. Your thoughts
Good observation, I was just laser focused on the wheels and kind of forgot the tire dressing. I do use the Lucas tire dressing normally.

Thanks! I think you might be on to something with the ceramic coating... good luck.
How is the oil cooler housing holding up on the JK? I’ve heard mixed reviews on the Dorman but need to replace mine and looking for a good option.
It has been solid. I keep checking with my endoscope and it's good.
Def would love a video of the corrosion repair on the wheels. Have some Mini R60 JCW wheels that need help. Thx
Gotcha!
I just did the wheels on my daily driver this past weekend. I even put tire shine on the inside sidewalls 😂
I laughed when I saw your instagram post about that!!! And totally love dressing the inside tire sidewall... couple of crazies we are 😂
Invest in a steam cleaner, even one of those bottle style ones you guy of amazon, makes life much easier.
I have never tried the super clean wheel cleaner. I always go with Griots garage…I’m gonna have to try the super clean…and definitely watch spraying under the hood like he mentioned I fried my crank position sensor
I'm legitimately happy with the product.

Off topic, do you still have the Mustang?
I do not.
Bro, you should do a video on your garage floor. Refinish it!
I'm too lazy to move all my stuff out of the garage for that.
@@AutoEdits I don’t think “lazy” fits your character.
