After all the years being on this planet I’ve now realised that I’m the only person I can trust and I should have listened to my body so many times . Yes I made wrong choices and I acknowledge this by saying to myself I’m only human. But recently I’ve discovered there’s more to being human than we know or understand. And I know I ignored these feelings you discuss in your video to make decisions that proved to be wrong choices. I’ve also been diagnosed with a conditional that is not curable but impacts my life. I recently read an article based on your topic and have learned to improve my condition and quality of life through healing by thought. I talk regularly to my body about how I and it can make positive changes to improve and reduce the stress that comes with it. I have seen a massive improvement and been able to halve my medication in just a few months. I have recently taken up meditation which my body and soul absolutely loves. All this attention I am giving myself is being gratefully received by my true self which I’ve only just met. Believe me there is much we don’t understand about being human. To most people it sounds like hogwash. It’s not! 😊

13:46 "ignored it and ignored and ignored until it became physical"
Replace me ignoring it with my parents ignoring me, that's how I got a few chronic health problems. Didn't help that I had unresolved trauma that they were blatantly aware of, they just never cared enough to want to help. I still don't know why, it baffles me that they could do that while claiming that they "loved me", some people are just sick in the head.

You're right, my body tells me everything, I feel others feelings and I avoid danger. Not only it tells me what is bad for me, but also what's good for me. I pick up on others energy almost instantly. And that helps me to approach or avoid a situation very clearly.
    Your explanation is quite accurate.

  • @lukebravin
    @lukebravin 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

You know more about this entanglement thing than I do so I can't contest it, however, to some degree, it might have been your trust issues as your body feels what your mind tells it to feel and the thing about trauma is is that it can give you a sort of superpower in that you pickup on dodgy people from the get go - for example, a few years back I went to hang out with some friends and meet my friend's new girlfriend and the whole time everyone was smitten with this girl but I immediately felt something off with her. Fast forward a few weeks later and they breakup and he tells me how hot and cold she was with him, unclear with her communication, messing with his head, being manipulative and i was like I KNEW IT! He's with someone else now and from meeting her she didn't give off any odd signals, and they've been together for, I think, 3 years now.
Yes, listen to your body, coz sometimes someone might set off alarms bells very similar to your past alarm bells.

yeah, agree and can attest to this wholeheartedly. it's very strange and initially I really did not like being so sensitive to energies around me. even had a period of life where I was constantly gaslit about this ability and told to ignore it. but it's there, and it's very strong. now, there are times when you have to overcome fears and insecurities even if it means a bit of uncomfortable feelings. but after solid experience, you can tell when it's the "good" type of fear or actually a bad type of feeling you're picking up on for sure.

yeah I vowed to always listen to what my sub consciuous tells me even if I have to cut off people. I cut off this girl yesterday because my subconscious again told me very clearly that she is no good for me. after i cut her off I started to really realize that my subconscious or my body has always been looking out for me and that is my only true ally and there i can find true loyalty. I really understood this yesterday and I discovered your channel recently so its cool to see this snychronicity.

  • @konrad.claesson

People often underestimate the power of their subconscious, dismissing intuitions as mere superstition. What they overlook is that the subconscious is an incredible supercomputer, tuned by billions of years of evolution and a lifetime of experience, already controlling nearly every aspect of our lives. Take these sentences, for instance-I had no idea what words I would type until I actually typed them. The sentences were written by my subconscious.
I’ve found that taking time to feel and introspect, to really consult one’s conscience, is one of the best tools we have for understanding what we should do in life.
I’m excited to try the hand-over-heart technique mentioned in the video-it feels like it could be a useful anchor for zeroing in on those deeper instincts.

It's important to note that sometimes your body can be wrong about others. Yes you might be right about having a bad feeling about someone and you might turn out to be correct most of the time, but sometimes you just read a person wrong. People can make unintended body movements that may cause them to be perceived as lying or manipulative, but it could be just a fluke. That can happen for all sorts of reasons, the person could be awkward, unsociable, autistic, has tourettes etc. Yes, listen to your body, but be scientific about it and make an educated guess, don't act on a whim!
About that last point, I very much agree. I had stomach cramps and was underweight for a decade until I changed my entire environment. I knew all along that's what my body needed me to do, but I wasn't able to do it until late on.

It's our subconscious aka inner spirit where our intuition and ALL the treasures are hidden. We dream through our subconscious; that's why dreams feel so different from the waking state. It's still you in a dream, but very different.

not sure if it's directly related to this, but there's plenty of studies that prove that the higher one's IQ, the more likely they are to experience psychological (which naturally can lead to physical too) diseases. Interesting how mental, emotional and physical are always connected.

They say there's no intuition like a woman's intuition 🙌🏻
I agree you can get a vibe and energy from txt but nowhere near the full picture and I think this is especially true for folks on the spectrum, I express better in person when you can hear tone, see mannerisms and feel the general vibe.
And speaking of how we are energetic beings I think this lends credence to the view that crystals have healing properties. If everything is energy then everything affects everything else on some level...

Dr Gabor Mate has made a career writing about this sort stuff. The body keeps the score by bessel van der kolk, a book treating ptsd with yoga, among other similar topics on the mind-body stress interface is worth a look too, i believe. Its on my reading list. I'll get to it in this lifetime hopefully.
I didnt listen to instinct, heart gut whatever, then i had to spend over a decade screaming at the walls. It ruined my health physical snd mental, and even my cognitive health suffered horribly. Memory went downhill and concentration with it. Anyone been to hell? Anyone? Any stories about how to get out and then leave it behind?

I had vivid dreams that I was in hell when I was a child. I think the only way to (temporarily) leave hell is through individuation. We all spend time in hell and leave hell when we overcome what brought us there in the first place. It is an earthly place, not some sort of punishment that comes after death.

I do believe that intuition can give false positives, but it's right more often than it's not. Women are much more in tune with this, just as they are with their emotions, than men are.
I've heard cancer doctors say they can tell who will live and who will die based strictly on their mood and general attitude.
Your own immune system is your main defense against cancer. Stress and sugar are the biggest impediments to a healthy immune system, besides cancer actually feeds on sugar.
Pay attention to your surroundings and to the people around you.
